Credits wasted for nothing

Credits wasted for nothing. Censorship and more censorship — even illustrations generated on the site itself get censored. I’m fed up; I can’t move forward. Avoid this platform.

Higgsfield is truly a content weapon!

I love using the Kling tool in Higgsfield but honestly having all of those tools at your disposal is truly a content weapon. Even though the pricing seems a lot upfront, there really is a lot of worth to it. I did just one month and cancelled to see how I’d like it, and I can for sure see myself getting the full monthly subscription in the future! Would highly recommend for any creator!

Support is fully automated

Support is fully automated
Paid $178 on May 6 for a Business plan (2 seats, invoice #5ROHKVGG-0004 — paid in full). On May 11 I tried to add a 3rd seat — the payment failed and the invoice was voided. Despite owing them nothing, their system flagged the entire workspace as "past due" and blocked generation. 48+ hours of total downtime on a fully paid plan.
I have sent 20+ tickets across 3 days. The replies are ALL the same — literally identical, copy-pasted templates from "Jason, Customer Care Specialist" telling me they "forwarded my request to the support team" and to wait 24 hours. No human has actually read my emails. They keep opening new ticket numbers ([59GY1E-3PV0G], then [R091P2-EZWXV]) for the same issue instead of resolving it.
Beware: if you ever try to add a seat and the payment fails, you risk getting your entire paid workspace locked. This is a billing bug Higgsfield refuses to acknowledge or fix.

So much better then expected!

Honestly, I didn’t expect any response from Higgsfield after I ran into an issue and emailed them about it.

To my surprise, I received a detailed reply within the hour, pointing me in the right direction. After a bit of back‑and‑forth, I understood the issue clearly and got solid advice on how to improve my prompting.

I also made it clear that I didn’t blame Higgsfield — I’m still learning too. They went above and beyond and refunded me credits so I could regenerate the video using the improved prompt. The results were then dramatically better.

Do NOT trust Higgsfield with your CARD! They deploy a VERY brazenly deceptive sales strategy!

Higgsfield's sales strategy is INSANE and DECEPTIVE. Higgsfield AI is a great platform if you're loaded. I may once again revisit the platform, should my financial situation improve, but as of now — I do NOT trust them with my card on file. I can't just pick a simple plan with simple choices; everything is convoluted, from the included tools, to the mathematics used to advertise limited time price offers ALL OVER THE SITE that I am badgered with through each step of the process, just trying to use the tools, when they CONTINUE to desperately try to upsell me. I really don't understand my charges from day one. They convinced me to upgrade my plan "before time runs out!" and I believe I was charged on 3 separate occasions just within the first 20 minutes of choosing a plan and trying to use the tools and my bank account took a massive beating I didn't at all expect. Mark my words: Higgsfield AI is doing naughty voodoo math on their offers and they WILL piss off a judge, when SURELY a class-action suit will be brought against the entity. Again — seemingly awesome site, if money is no object. If it is, you will likely be confused by the offers and subsequent charges and rightfully pissed off thereafter. Once you seek recourse, good luck finding help. Billing support and customer service is getting phased out in the world. We are all just on our own now. So upsetting that I am in and out of the hospital, in between multiple major surgeries, no income and getting my card wrestled into submission by Higgsfield the second I put it on file.

Extremely predatory company!

Extremely predatory company!! You already pay an insane amount for their subscription, only to have extremely limited generations due to credits. They need to do something about their pricing because otherwise it's a waste of money! Do not buy it until Higgsfield stops their greedy tactics. Absolutely disgusting!

Please don’t buy it

Please don’t buy it. I’m still testing it out, and I spent $50. Of that $50, I didn’t make even one video, maybe just one photo, and the details are really bad.

Even if you try your best, with 20 reference images and Nano Banana Pro, it still isn’t the real one. The other video, Kling 3.0 is very bad.

I’m testing it out, and the photo details are bad. When you create a video, the eyes glitch. Just be aware of this before you buy it.
