When the prompt was the was right on point, it was amazing. The only thing that really bothers me is when you lose your credits for things that turn out nothing like your prompt. Other than that I like it.

Paid for a trial I never got to use

Bought an offer to try Higgsfield's premium features. Simple enough, right? Wrong.

Activating it turned into a back-and-forth email saga that dragged on for days. By the time they finally sorted it out on their end, they informed me my 2-day trial had already expired — during the time I was waiting for them to fix their own activation issues.

So I paid. Got nothing. And was told, essentially, tough luck.

No refund offered. No extension. Just a politely worded explanation that the trial window had closed.
If you're considering buying one of their promotional offers, know that their support is slow and their trial clock apparently doesn't stop ticking while you're waiting for them to resolve their own technical problems. The product might be great — I genuinely have no idea, because I never got access to it.

Their "features" are designed to drain your credits, with MANY hidden fees behind every generation, what looks on paper as "270 credit" actually charges you above 1000 (!) when triggered.

Notifying their support about this incident, they stated its part of their T&C not to refund when they rob you blind with hidden fees not disclosed.

Go to other platforms that don't steal your credits with behind the curtain fees.

Credits wasted for nothing. Censorship and more censorship — even illustrations generated on the site itself get censored. I’m fed up; I can’t move forward. Avoid this platform.

I love using the Kling tool in Higgsfield but honestly having all of those tools at your disposal is truly a content weapon. Even though the pricing seems a lot upfront, there really is a lot of worth to it. I did just one month and cancelled to see how I’d like it, and I can for sure see myself getting the full monthly subscription in the future! Would highly recommend for any creator!

Quality of images, ease of use.

this is a great company overall eventhough i am going through an account issue with my main account. I am very happy overall with the interface, features, and ability to create what i need in HF.

Support is fully automated
Paid $178 on May 6 for a Business plan (2 seats, invoice #5ROHKVGG-0004 — paid in full). On May 11 I tried to add a 3rd seat — the payment failed and the invoice was voided. Despite owing them nothing, their system flagged the entire workspace as "past due" and blocked generation. 48+ hours of total downtime on a fully paid plan.
I have sent 20+ tickets across 3 days. The replies are ALL the same — literally identical, copy-pasted templates from "Jason, Customer Care Specialist" telling me they "forwarded my request to the support team" and to wait 24 hours. No human has actually read my emails. They keep opening new ticket numbers ([59GY1E-3PV0G], then [R091P2-EZWXV]) for the same issue instead of resolving it.
Beware: if you ever try to add a seat and the payment fails, you risk getting your entire paid workspace locked. This is a billing bug Higgsfield refuses to acknowledge or fix.

legit this has changed the whole meaning of what it is to create. I wish i was a higgsfield creator so my credits never ended :)

Honestly, I didn’t expect any response from Higgsfield after I ran into an issue and emailed them about it.

To my surprise, I received a detailed reply within the hour, pointing me in the right direction. After a bit of back‑and‑forth, I understood the issue clearly and got solid advice on how to improve my prompting.

I also made it clear that I didn’t blame Higgsfield — I’m still learning too. They went above and beyond and refunded me credits so I could regenerate the video using the improved prompt. The results were then dramatically better.
