I am not able to verify my account to redeem my winnings, and every time I try it redirected me to say contact customer service, extremely frustrating and feels like I was cheated

When you need customer service to be on top of a situation, they were there and working on the problem within minutes. I've enjoyed not only the variety of games, but what stands out to me is how you can get a problem fixed and fast. Customer service to me makes for breaks a company. This company rates on the tip top of my list for go to playing.

I have had some really good wins with the games in High5Casino. The cashout is quick and easy, especially with Skrill. One of the best and fastest times. I also love the fact you get rewards every few hours and can play 5 free games. Thank you for the extra SC coins when i least expect it. So helpful and so much fun! I spent $10 and received 44SC. Seems neat right? Well, they have a 10x rollover, so I need to spend 440SC in order to redeem anything. I was fine with that and as you'd expect, I lost it all and went down to 0.06SC.

Here's the kicker -- I still "owe" 316 SC. So if I buy 5SC for 5$ I need to make that 5 SC last for $331 worth of spins! The place is a joke.

I used to love this app. I would win fairly regularly and have never had issues cashing out.. until I won a decent amount of money. 10K +. Crowncoins let me redeem $14K with them without any issue whatsoever. Just be cautious and weary of this site.

3 days later and I still do not have my money. I requested the withdrawal on the 6th. It is now the 11th. They say they do not process on the weekends, but I know I’ve had cash outs on the weekends before. They really seem to be dragging their feet and it’s infuriating. I also cannot withdrawal anything else as my account is under review.

High 5 claims a 72 hour approval timeframe for after verification. The verification process itself takes “up to 14 business days.” Even after completing this process, they have not approved any of my requests in this timeframe.

Was having great start, on a streak, won 17 free spins and then the app shut down and rebooted. Got logged back in and no more free spins were supposedly played for me while I was stuck trying to get back in. Apparently 17 spins gave 5 bucks on 1 dollar a spin bets.thats what they say. Recently I have deposited to the site and for the first time ever my account was not credited I have reached out via email multiple times no way to contact anyone and it have not been resolved this is beyond frustrating and foul I never expected this from them

It doesn't matter what banking institution you have every time you try to use a debit card to make a purchase it says it fails but it takes money out of your account. There is never anybody to chat with for customer service. You have to wait on an email if you're lucky. But then your funds are held in a pending state for days until they go ahead and release the charge. This website is best left to itself and not patroned. I've had enough of this site.

Used to be able to do something off of the daily bonuses they "had".

Their tier system is the worst. You level down way fast. Customer service offers free play but you have to play it 5x or more and you won’t make that back until you deposit more money. Even if the free play runs out, you still have to go through the 5x play with your own money.
