Terrible customer service and redemption never received. I thought this was one of the more legitimate sweepstakes casinos which is why I am so disappointed with my experience. I have played on many reputable platforms with no redemption issues but this company will not give me my $200 redemption and I can’t even access my SCs on their site. I have been fully verified. I have sent multiple emails to their support with constant generic AI responses telling me I need a clear picture of my ID which I’ve provided numerous times. Which is funny because I was fully verified and had made purchases before I actually won now all of the sudden they need my ID again. Didn’t mind taking my money with the information they already had. The only time a real person responded is when I included legal jargon in the email. Then I got a response from a Nick telling me plenty of people who actually provide clear pictures get their redemptions. The picture of my ID couldn’t be more clear and I’ve heard nothing and it’s been two weeks. They will quickly take your money but if there is an issue on their end they have zero concern when it comes to rectifying it. If you’re listening High 5 Casino, I’d still like my $200 and maybe a real person who is interested in providing customer service and resolving my issue to contact me.

Originally the games were great, they were also fun! My first shall purchase i got soooo lucky. I cashed out and kept some to play... won again.. cashed out, no problem. Never ever did I win a large amount of $ all at once... small winnings that added up!
Oh so fun!!
But then.. I completed my taxes for the year. In February I recieve a 1099-MISC for winnings on High Five!! (By law, this should have been in my hands by Jan 31st)
I lost more than I won! It wasn't in 1 spin!
Now I have to amend my taxes to show $ I shouldn't be claiming!
This isn't fair!
I will not recommend to my friends! And I never received referral bonuses either!

I originally thought High 5 Casino was an amazing platform, but I have since changed my mind. I requested a redemption to my skrill account on 2/7/26. My redemption was approved but I have not received my money. I have contacted support numerous times since it states that once approved your funds will immediately show in your Skrill account and have been given the same generic message over and over again about redemption timeframes. Then, finally, someone said I requested the redemption via my bank account which is simply not true. I have never used my bank account with them. I have since contacted them and I have received zero response.

Proceeded to collect the daily and one day,after a couple months,I hit off my free spins from diamonds collected…FOR FREE😮 I wasn’t really expecting much because while some sites let you redeem wether you win off sc’s bought or sc’s given….there are many that have small print “you can only redeem sc’s that were won from packages bought but if you win off daily bonus or free play,you only get to receive a small amount of the redemption”… Well….High5 let me redeem a decent amount literally won off of 5 free spins awarded from daily bonus (freebies). So shame on me for not playing here sooner🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽 oh…and the redemption was fast. I’m not yet completely acquainted with all the games they offer but they have many I live at other sites AND some really cool games I have never seen before at other sites. Their redeems are very fast the prize either comes the same day or next versus other online casinos it sometimes takes 2 weeks to get a prize back which is terrible. High 5 also is very professional , friendly and responds fast when it comes to emailing them about questions you may have . Well unfortunately I hate having to write this , but I have to. I've never had a bad experience with high 5 myself but my husband on the other hand he had an account a while back his phone was damaged he got a new phone he could not get into the any of his old emails therefcoulde made a new account on high 5 in which they fully verified him and not only that he deposited money to play the game which he ended up winning $200 and he chose the gift card option. So after being verified and depositing he was still ready to go good to play until Cash out came he went to withdrawal for his gift cards the next day they tell him nothing no explanation absolutely nothing and they closed his account not explaining of why he doesn't get his $200 saying he had duplicate accounts okay first of all they should have caught that one he was verifying second of all if he had a duplicate account they should have caught that before they verified him or while they were verifying him and even before they let him deposit money. But all of a sudden once he did that cash out he has stupid accounts this and that this is messed up it's unethical and it's very very nasty business I will never ever play for high five again and I will keep reviewing everywhere about this poor taste poor judgment bad business.

Let’s start with the purchase bonuses, because they are laughably bad. Even at Icon and higher status, the bonuses are weak, infrequent, and borderline insulting compared to other online gaming platforms. Loyalty clearly means nothing here, as higher status offers virtually no meaningful benefits.

The games themselves are even worse. Payouts feel extremely low, wins are rare and unimpressive, and nothing about the gameplay feels rewarding. It genuinely feels like you are throwing money away while being teased with the illusion of a chance to win.

Customer service is painfully slow and ineffective. Responses take far too long, and when they do respond, it is usually with generic and dismissive replies. When games fault or glitch, which does happen, they refuse to credit or resolve the issue in any meaningful way.

Loyalty bonuses are almost nonexistent. There is little to no appreciation for continued play, no worthwhile rewards, and no incentive to remain on the platform. Other online casinos actively reward their players. High5Casino does not.

This is not the first time this has happened to me on high 5 casino. When I go to redeem my redemption prize I log into my bank chosen and then it wants me to confirm my identity by entering the code sent through via text message,, thing is I could wait all night and not receive the so called code.. I had it up to 13k I've never won so much at once but because of this predicament I wasted half of it because I can't get anyone to help me it's been over 3 days! This is complete utter bs!

I paid for sweep coins, won a little bit, went to cash out and had verify my account. Well once I verified my account and went to play another game, it says I'm restricted to contact support. Well I did multiple times and no response.

Did the referral bonus perfectly and did not get credited. Tried reaching out to support on 3 different occasions and was unable to even get ahold of an agent about it. Customer support is a big deal and these guys have none.
