A big thank you to Seb and Nathan for getting me moved from Kettering to Northampton. They were prompt, efficient, and respectful of my furniture. I would highly recommend Higham Man and Van. Nothing was too much trouble, they were complete professionals from start to finish. Anything you want moving big or small I would contact them first, they won’t let you down. It was well worth getting the professionals to do the job for me.

This is the second time I have used Higham Man with Van's services and again I have been massively impressed by the standard of service from the first phone call to email confirmations and the actual removal. Prompt responses, great care with handing goods and nothing too much trouble. I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Higham Man & Van were recommended to us by word of mouth - the best way. And they were brilliant. They kept in touch in advance of our move and they arrived on time. They were cheerful and helpful throughout our move and happily pandered to our whims of shifting items around at our new house. And they refuse to be defeated by large, heavy and awkward items too. And on top of this, they took great care with everything - no bashes or breakages whatsoever and the paintwork was one of their biggest priorities too! Thank you. We used Higham Man & Van for our move from Bedford to Wellingborough recently and could not rate them more!

We had such a fantastic experience with Seb all the way through - nothing was too much trouble (he ended up doing a stop off at my dad’s house in Milton Keynes to pick up extra furniture) and he maintained excellent communication leading up to the move date. Him and his partner (I think he’s called Nathan) worked diligently and respectfully throughout the day and were very accommodating to our consistent rearrangements of furniture. The price Seb charged was completely fair and I felt was very competitive in comparison to some other local, larger establishments, I was expecting to pay a lot more for what his package involved.

I feel like 5* doesn’t do justice to the service we received as they truly were excellent, and we will be shouting their praises to anyone local looking to move in the future.

Seb and his team did an amazing job moving me from Northamptonshire to Somerset over 2 days, despite hot/humid weather and torrential rain! Well what can I say! This was my 14th house move so I speak with good experience! Higham Man & Van- Absolutely TOP NOTCH!! On the worst weather day it could be, torrential rain ALL day long, Seb and his boys were simply amazing!! If you are moving a whole house or even just need a vehicle driver and somebody to help for a day I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Higham Man and a Van and can assure you that you will be absolutely delighted with their service.

Planning the move out of my second-floor apartment in Rushden I thought that it was just too much work for me to do, so I decided that I would find a removals company to help me. I tried several local companies and then fortunately found Seb at Higham Man and Van.

I am absolutely delighted that I decided to use them because from the outset they were well presented arriving in their uniform and observing COVID protocols wearing face masks and gloves. Their vehicle was immaculate, blankets folded and arranged neatly. They also had quilted covers to protect your valued furniture and sentimental treasures. Having extensive removals experience these little details showing care are essential.

I started my journey into the removals industry in 1990 initially offering man and a van services carrying out hundreds of domestic removals. I progressed to operating depots for several large national Removals companies, also project managed and moved several embassies across London along with a multitude of blue chip companies.

The one constant with all of these big projects is the removals operatives (relocation technicians), their attitude, skill and keeping vehicles and equipment tidy. I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best removals teams in the business, I was always on the lookout for new talent.

I wish during my time in the removals industry I had 100 Seb’s and his team working for me, I would not have had to keep looking.

How would I rate their service? After the first trip I gave them my house keys, instructions for what I wanted moving and where to move it to. Then I just let them do their job. Including the first load they moved four loads in total from my second floor flat on the hottest days of the year so far. I hope that the trust I gave Higham Man and a Van answers the question and gives you the peace of mind to book them to help you with your moving requirements.

I cannot praise these guys enough. Their work is second to none. I found them most helpful, courteous and kind from start to finish. It made our day a lot less stressful. Even though the weather was horrendous they kept our home clean and dry.
