They don't process withdrawals

My account is fully verified, but they still didn't process my withdrawal, I asked them through their live chat for how long it will take for the withdrawal to be processed, they told me, they don't have time frame, so basically you could be waiting weeks, but I have recorded my bets, in case they decided to rob me, I will take it to the court with proofs. Avoid for your safety

I don't recommend this company

I don't recommend this company, I wagered £10 in spins hardly won anything on 100 spins then I didn't receive the welcome offer of 50 spins that won't give anything anyway. I won't put a penny anymore in this, but this a warning for everyone to stay away from this app. Scammers

I used to go back to this casino…

I used to go back to this casino occasionally, depositing £10 at a time to play various games; every deposit got eaten up, and I’ve had the account for a long time. It’s strange that I always get the wrong numbers. I don’t recommend this casino and won’t be using it anymore.

Highbet refuses to withdraw your funds…

Highbet refuses to withdraw your funds and will hold them. Claiming your bank "refused the deposit" what???. They pushed for each card to deposit an additional £10 to register it as valid to withdraw from but have no issues taking funds from the card. I have provided them with 2 cards from 2 banks and mysteriously they are unable to withdraw my funds. Ridiculous company.

Please people stay away from this site

Please people stay away from this site! They are nothing but a bunch of scammers! Just like many other people I deposited an played to receive the welcome offer, lost all of my deposited money without having any fun, just lost it no returns, to then receive my 50 spins on big bass splash an i get 30p out of 50x10p spins! So 3 spins worth back out of 50! This site needs shutting down asap! To stop people being robbed because you won't win it's impossible too they are greedy thieves an nothing but!

Crooks who will stop you withdrawing. Avoid!

They are a joke who treat their customers bad. Signed up after seeing an advert on Facebook, one evening, offering £30 in free bets if you placed a £10 bet. I placed a £10 bet on a UEFA Champions League semi-final which was happening the following evening.

The morning after, I had an email saying:

"We hope you are enjoying our wide range of gaming and betting services at Highbet.

However, we would like to inform you that we can no longer offer you any of our promotions and offers. This decision was taken following a review of your account."

It went on to say any promos that I had already started would be honored however I had to chase live chat after the game to get them - they were not credited automatically.

Note that the terms say you have to place the free bets on an acca with 4+ selections and the max winnings were £40. Therefore, if you place a bet at any odds over 5.0, you will be getting underpaid (on a 4+ acca, its difficult to keep the odds under this). However, I placed the bets anyway.

Whilst they were in-progress, I received another email asking for lots of documents! Other bookies have only asked me for a driving licence. But these said they wanted one form of photo ID, one form of proof of address. On top of this, they wanted a full bank statement and a photo of my debit card.

They also said there were restrictions on my account and that I could not withdraw until I had provided these.

They are crooks who will try to make you jump through lots of hoops to prevent you withdrawing. My initial bet, and all of my free bets actually lost so I will just be forgetting about this account, not sending them a thing and moving on. But if any of my bets had won, I suspect it would have been a nightmare to have seen any of that money again.

I contacted their CS after the email above to ask why I was blocked from all promos and all I got was the following message which is super vague and did not answer the question at all!

"We understand your concerns, however, the review conducted by our Trading Department is a standard procedure applied to all accounts. Please note that we do not have further details to share regarding the specifics of this internal decision."
