I absolutely love Highborn face products I have tried day and night moisturisers, serum, lip butter, cleanser and Imperial Eye Gel and have re-ordered the ones I have run out of. I’m so impressed with the eye gel that I have recently made a subscription order as I don’t want to be without it. The packaging is perfect for recycling and delivery very quick. I love the ethos of the company and hearing Tracey’s story. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Not only have I ordered these products for myself, my daughter visited last weekend and took the lip butter and eye gel back home with her. Thankfully, when I ordered my replacements, the delivery was very quick.

I now use 9 Highborn London products daily and have to say that they are all amazing; high quality, sustainable packaging and my skin has never felt better ! My faves are the eye gel and organic age defying oil ☺️

Absolutely loving Highborn products.
Treated myself to the skincare set in December 2023 (imperial day moisturiser, eye gel, serum & night cream) I’m addicted. The eye gel is fabulous, first time of using, I could literally feel my skin tightening & thanking me. Have been using for 6 months now, best I’ve ever tried, (I have tried a lot!) each pot is full to the brim and works wonders on fine lines and wrinkles, & banishes puffiness.
Imperial day cream is soooo good too, my skin has never felt and looked so good, glowing in fact. Have had comments on how well I look! The serum is beautiful, a real treat, I use it at night under the night cream. Absolutely hooked. Have recently purchased the diamond toner too, also gorgeous.

I love the eye gel. I’ve just turned 49 and have always suffered with dark circles and of course the inevitable aging process. This is the first eye cream over the MANY years which I feel makes any difference, a little more than I would normally pay but worth it.

I bought Imperial eye gel to try. It’s not a bad cream but it doesn’t do any magic either.. The comms on the website are way over-promising. After several months of usage, my dark circles are still there and my eyes didn’t get any younger ..Switching back to my No7 which is a much better value for money !

Excellent products that actually do what they say. Easy to order and a super personal touch provided by this family company. Now on my second lot of the 4 phase products and have ditched all my previous creams and lotions.

Not only are Tracey’s products really lovely on my skin, of course the story behind the company is so powerful. I love that every purchase includes a donation to cancer charity.

Royal Mail delivered my recent parcel to the wrong address and I couldn’t locate it. I emailed lovely Liz at Highborn and she came straight back to me and arranged a replacement to be sent the same day. Amazing customer service.

I have used a number of products from this company and have been happy with my purchases although I think they are overpriced. I recently opened a jar of moisturiser which smelt rancid and have emailed the company on two occasions (30 March and 9 April) requesting a replacement and offering to return the jar. I have heard nothing back which I think is very poor, hence my rating.

I have used Highborn products for some time now and my skin texture has improved which has built up my confidence

Have used high end products for years I am 60 this year . these products are really good have used for a week and can see the difference in my skin . Use the serum night cream moisturiser and eye serum all great products . They absorb really well and skin feels hydrated and glowing .

I received my package and after a week or so my skin is feeling a burning sensation and I have developed a spot which has been in my face for over a week now. Most disappointed as the reviews I read on Facebook were all positive.

I've been using these products for about 6 months, after seeing an ad on Facebook.
I have to say my skin has never looked better. The day cream is beautiful, sinks into the skin and make up application is good afterwards with no pilling. The pre-eminent serum is my favourite product. It plumps, refines, and makes skin glow.
It is great to know that there are no nasties in the ingredients and, as with other brands I've used, no stinging or redness on application.
The fragrance is coconut, which I personally like, but it's not overpowering.
Highly recommend Highborn.

Fast service, and these products really are as good as advertised - maybe better. I am not one for spending a lot of money on myself. (As skin products go, these are actually not as expensive as many high end products out there that I have never tried). I thought I would try Highborn out when I was offered a 50% off introductory offer as a treat to myself and because I have been in search of an eye cream. I am in my mid 50’s and noticing changes especially around my eyes. I have been so happy with the results that I have decided to keep investing in these products - probably the most I spend on myself, but worth it!! I especially LOVE the imperial eye gel and the pre-eminent beauty serum. I think the eye gel actually reduces dark circles, as well as being so moisturising and feeling great. And the beauty serum is like nothing else!! Fabulous!! I also LOVE the night elixir - mmmm - feels and smells wonderful and I really miss it when it has run out. This is a small, family run, British company, gives to breast cancer research and all the products are natural. There really is not more than you could want - it’s good to support local business and for all of that, I think the prices are extremely reasonable!

Products are wonderful. Packaging is amazing , customer care is well beyond expectations.I love that all the containers are glass not plastic. A really great company with very special products.

The arrival of products was ahead of expected! I am already on my second order because the first order exceeded my expectations! My face feels clean and moisturized after my morning regimen. There are no harsh smells. These products have all the vitamins other products have. I am 73 and am happy to have found highbornlondon as my go-to products!
