Fantastic product and wonderful service, absolutely delighted with my Highborn, and have reordered again this is definitely my new skincare product love it

I ordered 4 moisturisers from this company and was excited to receive them. However after 7 days my skin was breaking out in spots which I never suffer with and the eye gel burned.

I have emailed customer services several times and used Messenger but to no avail. It is quite apparent that Highborn respond only to positive feedback. They are far from proactive when there’s a problem. I wanted to return my items, they advertised full refund, however this is clearly not the case.

Would not use this company again, very disappointed!!

I have ordered a few products already and they always come quickly and efficiently. The products are packed in strong boxes so no breakages. Their app is also easy to use.

The packages arrive carefully packed and using recyclable packaging. The contents, the ones I have received are amazing. The night and day cream serum and eye cream make my skin look and feel great. I really enjoy this product.

Finally, a skin care product that is not full of nasties and actually works! My skin has been transformed by these products. They're a pleasure to use, smell incredible and do exactly what they promise. Excellent support available too....thank you Liz! Can't recommend these products highly enough. Unable to pick a favourite as I've loved everything I've tried so far!

Beautiful products delivered with a heartwarming letter in relation to the inception of Highborn products. I am really impressed with the quality of the creams and serums and the smell is divine. The customer service is absolutely superb with friendly notes advising when the order has been received to the after sales information.In addition yesterday I received through the post a beautiful letter of thanks for my order. I have worked in customer service in the past and Highborn is outstanding. I cannot rate this company highly enough

From service to ease of order to how beautifully every item is packed! It is by far the best products I have ever bought! I am not normally a "loyal" customer I jump from brand to brand.. That will no longer happen I have found my forever brand!

Great products packed in strong cardboard so they arrived undamaged, and packaging could be recycled. I haven't used them for long, but can already see a difference. I like the fact that Highborn run promotions so you can restock at a lower price.

Excellent products and service. My skin has been rejuvenated without any nasty chemicals and the products feel so luxurious, a real treat and don't cost the silly prices that other, less effective, health compromising products do. Fabulous value as well as creating a fabulous complexion. The products also smell beautiful.
