Great on site support on set up, take down and during the event

We used Highfield Events for our marquee hire for our wedding this weekend. From first contact these guys were incredible. We couldn’t have wished for a more professional personal experience. No job or problem was too much to ask. We will 100% use them again for future events! You guys made our wedding so so special and every single person commented how stunning the marquee was.

We have worked with Highfield Events for many years, and they have consistently delivered a great service. This year was no exception. From the start, they were organised, kept us informed of deadlines, and promptly addressed all our queries. They managed our changing requirements with ease, even arranging extra marquees just days before the event.

On-site, the crew was professional, quick, and hard-working. They carefully followed our instructions for positioning structures, which was crucial for crowd control and fire safety. Any issues, such as measurement errors on our part, were resolved swiftly and without fuss. They addressed snags during the build with a positive attitude, ensuring everything was in place for the event.

Overall, Highfield delivered an outstanding service with a team that genuinely seemed to care about the success of our event as much as we did. Their professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process, and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had a marquee from the Highfield Event Group for our wedding. The marquee was absolutely stunning, and the construction team went above and beyond to make sure we were were happy with it and it looked beautiful. Highfield were able to supply furniture, PA system, and were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout. We loved our marquee!

Highfield Event Group were brilliant.
We got married on the 15th June at Lanwades Hall and whilst other suppliers had lower order limits, Highfield Events were happy to help by allowing us to hire tables for our wedding day. The team were responsive and helpful and delivery and collection of the tables was easy and perfectly on time and very reasonably priced. Would very much recommend them.

I have used Highfield Events, probably four times now for a range of different types of events , and I would strongly recommend them to anyone !. Highfield were excellent in setting up a marquee, seating and staging for a recent graduation ceremony. They accommodated onsite changes at short notice and were very punctual and professional were very accommodating of another event we had onsite.

Highfield supplied us with a marquee, tables, chairs, and other essentials for our graduation party. Their communication was excellent with us and the venue which was very reassuring throughout the planning of such a large event. The service they provided was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any event needs.

Seamless process, wonderful marquee!

Good communication throughout the process and guys on site were quick and efficient. All marquees in great condition.

From my first meeting with Claire she 100 percent understood my vision for our Wedding. Highfield events delivered exactly what we wanted. We wanted wow and thats what we got! Very professional and acted on any changes we required.

We had a brilliant experience with Highfield from start to finish. Claire and her team were so responsive and on hand to answer our thousands of questions! They also really helped us select the right elements for us as we hadn’t booked a marquee before and didn’t always know what we were looking for. Stefan and the site team were incredibly efficient and lovely and polite and friendly. They worked around any requests we had and worked really well in conjunction with our florist. The only element that we weren’t aware of was that the marquee supports were inserted using a pile driver which is quite noisy for neighbours however this is undoubtedly down to our lack of knowledge of marquee construction! A 10/10 experience that we would absolutely recommend.

We needed a large gazebo 6 x 9 metres. They came and quoted, delivered ontime with a friendly crew and it was exactly as specified. Clean up was fast and efficient.
