Great customer service
Unfortunately DPD delivered my order to the wrong house, however a replacement was sent out immediately the next day with a different courier. Very grateful for how quickly this was resolved and will be ordering again in future. The product itself was excellent also.

Fantastic Customer Service, Great Range of Products
Discovered this company online when searching for something to save my cactuses that I was struggling to keep alive! After jumping on the trend of houseplants in the home (mostly unsuccessfully) I decided it was time to see what I could do to revive my plants to at least make it feel like I hadn't wasted loads of money! I rang the phone line and spoke to a polite gentleman - who advised after I had followed up with an email of the pictures of said plants, that A - I needed to repot my plants so it had room to grow and B look at using some of the 'Growth Technology - Cactus & Succulent Focus' cactus food as it would help my plants and WOW what a transformation! I wish I could add pictures to my review to show how much of an improvement it has made! Thank you team at Highgrade I will definitely be back and appreciate all your helpful advice!
