NO ITEMS, NO REFUND DURING 3 WEEK'S!!!!
I made the order on 30/01/2022 and still I didn't reserve the items, and I don't have any update about it. I HAVE ASKED FOR RESEND OR REFUND BUT I DON'T GET ANY ANSWER DURING THE WEEK. Can you PLEASE send me refund!!! I don't need the items anymore, I was needed two weeks ago, ready have from different BETTER shop!!!

I am sorry to hear this. Looking into this for you, I can see you were emailed on the 30/01/2023 with the tracking details and which courier the order was shipped with as we do with all orders placed through the website. In the case of this order it was UPS, please see attached tracking to show the alterations and requests made by the customer - 1ZR9J15T0404831860. The order has had delivery attempted on four separate occasions, to which the delivery address has been altered and sent to a UPS collection point where the items were failed to be collected. An alteration to the delivery could not have been done without the tracking number.
Instead of getting in touch with ourselves to resolve the issue, a bad review has been left based on false statements about how the company has dealt with yourself and the order. We have contacted you directly regarding this matter, if this has not been received on your end please get in touch.

I have shopped at various hydroponic…
I have shopped at various hydroponic stores in the past, Within the hour i recieved comformation that my item had been packed and was ready for delivery for the next day, I was a little skeptacle however I recieved my order the next day (This morning). Very well packaged and not only that came with a few suprised extra goodies, Fab and quick service, will be using these guys again for sure. Highly recommended

Excellent service...the item I bought (an Omega reflector) was not, as it claimed, strong enough to supprt a 300 CFL bulb properly but I was given a full refund. Would use this company again.

Couldn't have been easier.
Placed my order for click and collect to save time in the store and couldn't have been happier with the service. Notification that the order was ready to collect on the same day I placed it and when I collected it the staff were very helpful with some questions I had and loading the order into the car. Will definitely be using click and collect method again.
