Bought this due to suffering from back pain for years. Two months in now and I've not woken up with back once yet so am really happy with this mattress so far. Impressed by how quickly it was delivered too.
Only issue I have is that I left it stood up on its end for a while after I removed it from packaging and as a result one end is thinner/dips. Its not really an issue and completely my fault for not lying it flat to plump up but a word of warning to others.

Me myself and I have had a great experience with higrid from delivery to product i found this matress just on a whim searching for matresses on google .I've had my mattress now for about 3 months and I've noticed my back pain in mornings have improved to a point I don't notice any pain at all which I'm relieved as I suffer from coccyx nerv damage I found it difficult to find a matress that I would find comfortable I would only recommend this mattess for back sleepers and not side as it was not great for me .maybe get the premium matress rather than the cheaper out of 3 if on a budget I chose this after doing a lot of researching and reading on feedback on various websites ie simba ,emma , etc the well known ie emma simba etc did not give a great postive effect on there matresses by buyers so after reading reviews on this felt like it was worth giving this ago especially when you have a 200 night trial the mattress is very heavy I was kind of surprised having previous mattress as this has a coolant gel meshy thing on it which keeps me cool ..hopefully this will last awhile but on that I will purchase the next one up from thos one now knowing this is good for my problem I just wish I had purchased this before I purchased a matress from another place wasting 350 pounds after 6months should have just got this one...as for delivery I had no issues with them on time and it was a single women which I was very surprised being as the matress is heavy the packaging is great and I've also kept this for another purpose the matress is rolled and in a canvas duffle bag bery handy as an extra ... i think the website is great i will purchase again hopefully not to soon ive had no issues at all 😄😄😄 oh and I also tried the egg challenge 😅

Love our new mattress. Firm but comfortable. No dips in it. Worth every oenny

After 6 month of use I’m happy with my choice!
I have problems with my lower back, but with this mattress I don’t have pains anymore!

I am not happy with the mattress as it doesn't conform to the expectation. It lost its firmness. As I have passed the return time frame I am stuck with it.

So far so good after 2 months of use. Expected ortho support and soft as well. all matching as we wished. Happy about the matress with the price.

The mattress is perfect! We were a little apprehensive about purchasing online without testing the mattress first but the firmness rating was exactly as cldd as claimed.

The ONLY criticism and the reason for losing one star was the total lack of delivery note or instructions. We unpacked the mattress as soon as it arrived and left it a full 10 hours to decompress. After 2 days it had still not reached its full size and we were left wondering if we had received the wrong mattress. This required an email enquiry to clarify. A short delivery note would have provided everything needed.

Would we buy again? Definitely, a very comfortable mattress that does what it promises!

Great communication before and on the day of the delivery. It was easy to contact the company as we did have a question. The delivery men were polite and went up another floor even though this hadn't been relayed to them. Overall we were very happy.

everything when very well till we came to unpack the mattress to find that the end of the package that was on the floor where they had put it, was found to be badly damaged this should have been pointed out when delivered but was not. when it was unpacked there was no damage and everything was ok

I’m so impressed with the mattress, it’s noticeably different to my previous one and I would definitely recommend HIGRID to my friends and family!

After using Mattress for 1 month, the overall experience is good. Mattress comfort is great! It's firm and supports my back well yet comfortable at the same time. Delivery was quick. The only complain would be the smell! Horrible chemical smell stays for over two weeks! Once unfolded smell is really strong and fades off really slow. Also mattress takes long time to fully expand, nearly 24 hours. Corners not expanded properly. Not a big issue if any but still a small scar on otherwise perfect mattress!

Absolutely amazing mattress, I have been suffering with back issues and the pressure relief is second to none i have recommended to all my family and friends it’s that good excellent.
