Very Great
It was a pleasant experience

Georgia Taylor was very help ful in giving me information regarding the property for rent. She answered my queries very quickly.

Communication has always been clear, prompt and documented for the benefit of both sides. Repairs and maintenance are also carried out promptly. Never really had an issue with them.
Do appreciate the little touch of birthday cards, it's a sweet little gesture.

Absolutely horrible agency to let through

I rented from them for over a year

At the start signing onto them was easy and great you feel so welcoming and even give you a welcome box and a birthday card every year

Getting stuff done to the property however either takes a while or not at all, when I moved in there was stains from obvious water leak before which was suppose to get sorted. Never did

But the main problem was leaving the property, they will try a rinse you for all your deposit

They asked me If I wanted any furniture left over from the last tenants which I said yes to a few bits, the wardrobe and dresser was falling apart and mouldy on the back, as per what I was told it wasn't the landlords responsibility so I disposed of it

Now they tried to claim £150 from the deposit to cover the cost, thankfully thanks to DPS, I went through a dispute and won.

STAY AWAY, easy to take your money but not give it back, they will honestly try and claim for anything Absolutely horrible agency to let through

I see they replied saying it was in error, but if that is the case then when you call them asking about it they would of pulled the claim not just get told, "if you have evidence then dispute it with DPS".

Also they did infact also try and provide evidence as well as shown from DPS.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION

The service provided from higson homes is absolutely fabulous from start to finish. All the staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful, I would like to say a special thank you to Emily who has been very patient , very helpful and explained everything perfectly . I cannot recommend higson homes highly enough , if you need an estate agent or a management service for your property these are the people you want. Thank you everyone that works there.

Higson Homes are BY FAR the best agents I have ever dealt with.
All of the staff (from management to 'minion') are helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly (in my opinion) are friendly & approachable.

We have had no Wi-Fi for going to two weeks now
Everything they asked us to do we have done even contacted Kcom
and sasha aramuch a staff that works there keeps telling us that they can’t do anything for us until Kcom delivers
Sasha emails sometimes are rude by telling us that “they are not mind readers”
It been really frustrating

Had a good experience with higson lettings helping me to move in to my accommodation and filling the forms with help from all the staff members including sasha and Emily sorting out any problems with my room thank you all

Very quick response to initial email, Viewing arranged within 2 emails.

They are very professional and courteous. Promptly responds to maintenance requests.
