I've had a lot of issues with some of…
e experienced several issues with the service received from HiHi over the past year, particularly with the app, which is critical for our business as we require reliable out-of-office support.
However, George was extremely helpful in resolving these problems. He moved us onto a different application, which we tested last night and found to be working perfectly. His instructions were simple and easy to follow, and he managed to support our entire office team in transitioning to the new app within just a few hours.
George is a real asset to the HiHi team. Thank you, George.

The service we received was really professional.
The service we received was really efficient and professional. Elliot was on hand to provide any answers and training needed and happy to discuss the process of installation at length with us. There was no disruption to us working while installation was taking place and everyone we have spoken with so far has been very warm and friendly.
