Poor Service Delivery. May be scam.

I ordered a monitor on September 15th (Order ID: HL1885), and after nearly 10 days, no monitor and no adequate response from customer service. I had to reach out multiple times, only to be told the monitor was damaged in transit. They promised a refund yesterday, but nothing has been received, and they have ignored all my follow-up attempts.

At this point, I’m suspicious of their positive reviews on this platform. The reviews are not a lot so the website itself might even be the scam.

For context, your order experienced an unusual situation where an end-of-life product was damaged in transit and returned before delivery by our logistics team. Since the item was no longer available, we initiated a refund process. Unfortunately, this process took longer than expected due to a PayPal payment dispute that was raised. We understand this led to a delay, and we are actively reviewing our procedures to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Best customer service I’ve ever had!

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address (moved house that week) and despite it being entirely my fault the customer service people were excellent! They rearranged delivery as soon as it was possible for the to do so with no extra cost to me! They kept me updated throughout the entire process without me having to ask once, which shows how good their customer service is!

The product arrived quickly (next day) after it was rearranged (didn’t even pay for next day delivery I don’t think). It’s exactly what I ordered, brand new, and packaged well to avoid any breakage.

I will absolutely use this company again purely because I trust that if anything happened I’d have no issues getting it resolved!
