They sent the wrong item and they don't react to my emails about it.

Unbelievable! Beware, this is a scam!
I placed an order in April but never received my package. Despite emailing them multiple times, I never received a single response. It’s deeply disappointing to be scammed by a “Muslim”, especially by selling Islamic garments. I’m genuinely shocked. Subhanallah! Never again!

Ordered 2 hijabs and only received 1. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received a reply or a refund. Looking at previous reviews, I don’t think I’ll get one. Also, the hijab that I did receive, looked a very different color than what was shown online. It looked grey/brown online and green when I received it. I also ordered some caps and the packaging in which I received it looked awful and broken but hey..at least i received it. So spend your money elsewhere, can’t recommend this store whatsoever.

This company is a scam! Please don't buy from this website. Their customer service do not exist. Their return address is also not real and there are no return link. Contact your bank if you have already paid for your order and open up a dispute. Report the company. You can see they never respond to any reviews on trust pilot. Please stay away at all costs. Big scam.

I ordered 2 months ago for 400€, our clients are waiting for the products and they are never arriving! NEVER ORDER HERE!!!!

I purchased 5 turbans and received 4 not 5 and there is no refund. The customer service team does not exist its just, one big black hole. In the 21st century there should be more than one option of contacting customer service. If you are a muslim owner shame on you for scamming customers and you do not deserve to be in business.

I ordered different items from them and got a confirmation for my order. This is 9 days ago. Since then I don't hear anything from them. I sended many Emails to ask about my order, like if it is out for delivery or tracking number. Nothing...no reply at all. The problem is, that this order is already paid. So be careful and better stay away from this shop.

What can I say but warn you: Never ever purchase from Hijab Factory!
I had a decent experience with them in the first place, a couple of months ago. I liked one item and I've using it on a daily basis. So I thought let's buy more hijabs from them.
I ordered Two hijab, the same brand but different colors. It is absolutely not the same hijabs, not the same fabric, horrible one! a jersey hijab don't isn't strechy and doesn't flows as jersey hijab do! the composition written on the etiquette is the same while it's obviously not!!! pure scam!
So I decided I would return them.
I have to pay the return fees, which are higher than the price of what I purchased, and if a problem happens and never get the parcel, they won't refund me ! Isn't that scam?!!! So I have to keep them even thought they are horrible!
Praise Allah I didn't send them, because there is a high chance I would lose the return fees and the refund as well.
Keep Away from them !

If I could give this company zero stars then I would. I wish I had seen this page before I ordered from them as it would of saved me from losing my money. Absolutely appalling customer service the worse I have ever seen from any retail shop. I ordered some items and didn't like them so emailed the owner and company how to return them waited three days no reply so send them via royal mail tracked. I continued emailing her and the company regarding my refund and no reply. After a week royal mail tracked showed the items are stuck in customs and have been for two weeks now I've been emailing them and getting no response. I've lost out on my money and there's a high chance they will never refund me or email back. What they point of selling islamic wear if you steal money off your customers. There's no halal income for this company I hope you sleep well at night knowing your stealing money of innocent people. Is this is what the world has come to now. if you have any fear of god in your heart you will pay everyone back that youve stolen from.

I have emailed to return as the item smells horribly(like being used) but no reply received and no clear instructions how to return. Not happy to pay shipping cost - such a disappointing.....

I returned items and had to pay for the return too, but they never paid me back my money. There is no contact information anywhere to get in touch with them other than an email that never gives back any response.

Zero stars if possible.

If they don’t refund it will be fire in their belly’s, so no sweat of my back. I pray they send my money, really sad, because the company has some nice pieces as well :/

Why have an e-mail when you’ll ignore all the e-mails from the customers?

Order didnt arrive or sent back by Post. Tried to contact them several times but no reaction, they don`t answer. Never buy again!

It seems that the return address is not correct. package never arrived. Tried to contact them three times, no reaction, they don`t answer. Do not buy from this online store!!!

BIG WARNING!!! They don't answer e-mail at all, no phone number and they didn't sent me my money back when I returned my order. Finally I got my money back with the help of Klarna. Never buy anything from them.

First very bad service I canceled an order in few hours during the night.
After 26 hours from the cancelation they sent me a shipping link for tracking ignoring the two emails of cancelation.
They are very manipulating no customer service at all.
for 50€ order I had to pay 6.50€ shipping and I will pay the return fees.
If I don't receive the order they will charge me 30€!!
I am writing this after another 24 Hours and the tracking number is not working yet.
