I placed an order months ago, and never received it. I kept trying to email them. I received a reply ONCE stating that they'll look into it, and then never again. No products, no money returned either. Disgusting behaviour on their end.

Package never arrived
I placed my order more than a month ago and got the tracking number but the info doesn't update and it seems as if the package never left the country of origin. The customer service is not replying anymore to my emails wherefore I just assume the package is lost and will never arrive its destination, while I won't get my money refunded nor any other compensation. I don't recommend shopping at Hijabfactory unless you want to risk losing your money!
