The shoes arrived and do not fit. They do not have a wide toe box. I have submitted 2 different return requests. I have been given the run around and they will not give me the address to return them. Now it has turned into a credit card dispute.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Extremely cheap materials. False statement when they say Easy Returns. They want you to send back to China which cost 3 times the cost of the shoes. Only refunded me 15% of my order and let me keep the shoes, which I gave to our local free store. I believe all the advertising is a scam. Don't buy these shoes!

I ordered the shoes and 1 month later a pair of cheap rubber shoes are delivered. The shoes were narrow and I was unable to get my foot into them. There is not one statement from their marketing that is truthful. Pure crap! What worse is that you cannot contact the company to speak with anyone or correct any issues. Clearly a scam company STAY AWAY>>>>>

Cheap product. Wrong sizing. Not a wide tie box unless you’re missing 2 toes. Returns have to be to China even though they advertise a US address for the company. Also be careful trying out the shoes and wanting a refund. They want them in resale shape back. Not a real trial period. I put them on once in the house so no issue there but mailing to China??? Wish I could upload pictures. Arrives in a plastic bag. Once again cheap, mass production shoes. Reminds me of the discount store water shoes for 10 bucks.

They don't work for my feet but in fairness, it's hard to find a shoe that does. That said, construction is poor. And after a week long rigmarole trying to return, I got a return authorization. Have to ship them back to China. My cost USPS is $80.00. Same price I paid for the shoes and inserts. If this is the worst thing to happen to me today, I'm in pretty good shape. But I think I'll shop Zappo's or Amazon next time.

Don't buy these shoes. The delivery was slow and the size 7, the size I wear in all other shoes, was too small. Also, the shoes also were not overly comfortable, as promised by the advertisements and the reason I bought the shoes. To return the shoes I'd have to mail them to China, which would present an onerous expense. The company provided a 15% refund without me having to return the shoes, but this is a pittance. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience with this company.

I re-edit my review on Hike Balance since they finally responded to my delay in my shipment in addition to my request for a total refund and an offer to buy another additional pair (color and and the right size) at a special discount of $34 a piece. At the same time I could keep the incorrect item and avoid the hassle of returning it to Hike Balance. I am still waiting for their response before I proceed. I believe I am entiled to a full refund within the 30 day limit after I received the item on August 2, 2025..

The shoes are too small and narrow and they are giving me the run around when trying to return them. They will not send me a return address. They have asked for photos several times and keep passing me to different people in email.

This company is a scam!

The shoes are narrow and don't fit. I had to send multiple emails with photos proving the shoes were still brand new and unworn. I then received a word document as the return form, with the return address to China! Paying for this return to China will cost more than the refund for the shoes!
The FAQs on returns on the website does not match the return instructions that I received via email. Will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.

Shoes arrived too big for the size I measured. In not been 3 weeks to try and get a refund. I am emailing every day and am no longer getting replies.

I would not purchase these shoes. It took 19 days to get them, ordered on 7/12/25. I tried to cancel my order on 7/16/25 but they said they had already shipped. The toe box is very narrow and they feel very cheap. No arch support, just a flat insole. They are to short even though I order a size bigger. Now they have to shipped back to China at my expense which it looks like it going be $90. I wish I would have done more research.

Hike balance advertised the shoe has a wide toe box and that is a lie it’s the same as any shoe. I had to jump through hoops to get an authorization to return the product and when I got it they informed me I would have to pay for shipping. Don’t buy from this company they are deceitful with their return policy. Go to a real store for shoes. I’ve learned my lesson and I will be not recommending this company to anyone.

I have sent several emails to get this order corrected since June 9, 2025 when the order was originally placed i ordered Mens 10-10.5 which is 43 EU. Per a customer service representative their system made a mistake and sent me the size 42 which is 9-9.5 the first time, after sending wrong sized shoes back their company sent me the same pairs back which are again 42 9-9.5. I can not wear these since I need the 43 which is the 10-10.5. I should not have to keep sending shoes back to your company at my expense when your company made the mistake twice now. My original total was $103.94 for two pairs of shoes mens 10-10.5 which is 43 according to your size chart. It cost me $25.84 to ship wrong size back to them. If I have to send this order back I will now be paying $207.88 for two pairs of shoes when on your website it shows buy one get one and 30 day money back guarantee.

The shoes were decent but didn't quite fit my feet right. To be fair, I have really wide toes and high arches. Customer service was nice and offered me a refund.

Very Painful shoes to wear. Sole are super thin. No arch support at all. insole do not fit size 13 shoe. Slow shipping over 2 weeks to arrive. The return policy is useless. they said 30 day return but you have 14 days. Take a week to get answer on how to return them. You have to pay to ship them back to China in original packaging with the original labels. I guessing if them were shipped back I would never see a refund.

This company is terrible ... buyer beware! It took a month to receive the shoes and they were cheap and didn't fit. I wrote to customer service asking to return them and got a quick response stating it would be a few days. Then I received an e-mail telling me they could sell me the right size shoes for $32/pair and I could keep the shoes that don't fit (no refund though). I just want my money back like they guarantee, but I'm now seeing on their website that the shoes will have to be shipped back at my expense to Asia. That will cost quite a bit and I don't trust that my money will be refunded even if I do ship them back. Their money back guarantee is a scam.

Don’t waste your money. These sneakers were supposed to have a wide toe box and they are horribly narrow. The sole is ridiculously thin. This was discovered after it took forever for them to arrive.

Took my order over a month to arrive. Size ordered didn't fit. These run very small...length & width. They boast of a wide toe box, but not so much. Contacted them to do a refund. Although their website says you can try the shoes for 30 days, they require photos of the shoes showing no use before they will engage in the return process, which of course is contradictory to their websitr. After I sent photos, they sent the return slip which requires mailing back to China. Cost of the mailing is $48, so my $52 shoes will get a $4 refund, if they actually do the refund. I would not recommend buying from this company. Seems like they do everything possible to avoid you returning the shoes. This is a bummer, because I've been looking forward to trying these to reduce plantar faciitis.

Hike Balance advertises their shoes as the answer to all foot pain. They are very simple shoes with a hard rear sole coupled with a very flexible front sole. The uppers are very flexible knit fabric. They did nothing for my foot pain.
The real issue is misleading advertising. They say they offer a 30 day money-back guarantee and “easy returns.” Neither is true. The reality is you have a 30 day return window and during that time you are not allowed to wear the shoes. You need to keep all original packaging. To return you have to send them detailed pictures of the status of your shoes along with pictures of the original packaging. This is neither a guarantee nor easy. This is classic bait and switch.
If you complain they direct you to the fine print link at the bottom of their website outlining their return terms.
They obviously care about hustling their product with a lot of undeserved hype, but they don’t back that up with customer service.

I'm sorry to post this late. The item came in wrapped up plastic and the fit was poor it was too narrow and even with a size up it pinched my toes badly. The return process was not consumer friendly at all. After several email attempts, a return form was sent and the return address was to China which cost more than the product. They messaged that alternatively I can keep the product and get 15% refund of the purchase which is not fair.
