Well I contacted my MP about Hillcrest…

Well I contacted my MP about Hillcrest . They've now decided to do a fire alarm test. Can't hear the fire alarm . anyway . Just had one in January. But I'm going to ask whether an actual risk assessment was done as there's been post on the landing for two years and someone called Charlotte mellor accused me saying it was my post. If they'd bothered to read it they'd see it wasn't in my name. And also accused me of not being in when the last test was done. I've got evidence of this email. They're pure evil plus useless. A bad combination.Bit like donald trump. I'm going to do their job in going to ascend to the damaged balcony and take pictures. If I fall off I know who to blame for the leaking balcony. .

I wish I could give this 0 stars!

I wish I could give this 0 stars!

I live in a property "managed" by Hillcrest and they are the most incompetent and useless management agency on the planet. Had my parcels robbed int he building at the beginning of April, it's now the end of May and nobody from Hillcrest has bothered to contact me. Not even to confirm the CCTV footage has been sent to the police. They take forever to fix anything and residents of the building regularly complain but they just dont care.

Just avoid any property they own at all costs

Incompetent and negligent

Thank God we've removed them as our managing agent - only wish we'd done it sooner.

There was an 18-month gap with no communication on critical fire safety works. Quite why any of the staff have an email addresses is a mystery as they're seemingly incapable of replying to them.

When they did respond, it was vague and only after relentless chasing. Claira, Clarissa, Adam, Farid and Grant to name just a few of the incompetent staff, repeatedly promised updates "shortly" which never came.

At one point, I had a faster and more useful update from my MP than from the company we were paying.

Their complaints process is a joke. A formal complaint was ignored for months despite being chased across multiple teams.

Even at the end, they still couldn't provide basic information when asked.

In my experience, and echoed by others, Hillcrest are incompetent, negligent, and completely lacking accountability.

If you have a chance to remove them as your managing agent do it sooner rather than later.

Would give zero stars if I could!

Would give zero stars if I could! Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with, especially Vanessa, she barely replies to emails and if she does it takes weeks of chasing to finally get a reply! Our communal door has been broken for months and as usual the communication from the “property manager” has been shocking. HEM couldn’t manage themselves out of a paper bag! Avoid this company at all costs

Shocking!

Shocking!
I enquired to purchase a new build home priced close to £500,000 on a new development in an affluent area.
All excited we went to have a poke around.
Oh my god! There are Hillcrest housing association houses on this development, what we witnessed was like a scene from a horror movie, windows smashed, mob attacking a house trying to climb in, screaming shouting of abuse and foul language.
This company needs to address this. If they wish to build in good areas then give them to civilised people who can integrate within rather than destroy these communities.
Sorry mr developer, move there, not on your life!
