Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not deal with this company unless you want to get screwed. I ordered a pair of Size 10 WIDE shoes. Instead they sent size 10 REGULAR which of course did not fit. The company refused to take them back and instead offered me a $3.00 refund…then a $5.00 refund…which barely buys one a cup of coffee. Rip off artists big time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY .

First sh0es I bought from them were great. Second pair don't fit right. They refuse to take them back, offering anywhere from a $3 to a $6 dollar discount to keep the shoes.

Terrible experiences & Scam !

A not to be trusted company which cheated its way throughout my purchasing experiences. They sent me the wrong shoes size and I asked for a refund by returning them. I did and it cost me expensive airfreight.
Despite all my documented proofs that the shoes were returned with tracking number and details by my post office, they denied that they received them. They refused to refund me . I got scammed !

Please do not buy from this scam company. They would play long tricks and never honour what they said on the website and promises.

where is my order? I was charged for the shoes but no shoes. and nowhere to contact anyone. Will not order again. not good way to run business. should be taken down from tik tock.

TERRIBLE! Crooks, lied to me 3x about delivery, I finally said screw it, don’t trust these people so I told my bank I would NOT Pay for them and I no longer even want them. I also heard the quality was inferior, and Hillde does not make them, contrary to what they lead one on to believe.
PLUS you can get the same shoes/ boots elsewhere CHEAPER from a legitimate company!
This seems to be the regular manner in which they try and cheat / scam people - see all the reviews!!

I ordered size 11 and they sent me size 13. I am trying to return them, but I am getting no help from their customer service. They are just horrible people and very difficult to deal with. Do not order from these people.

Worst Customer Service EVER. We ordered 7 pairs of the same shoe's to give as gifts. We ordered 8,9 2- 10 2-10.5 and 1 11.5. They sent us 8, 9 2- 10.5 and a 12 which we didn't order. I reached out to them letting them know I was missing the 2 size 10's and they said could order then. I already paid 273.34 for all 7 pairs, then they offered me 3 dollars off next order, NO then 5 dollars off next order NO then 8 dollars off next order. I disputed with my credit card, then then sent me the order history stating I only ordered 5 pairs, NO, there are 2 lines there showing2 pairs, they don't even know how to read their own order system, then after the dispute was opened with my credit card company and PAY PAL they told me to withdrawl my dispute and they would send me my 2 missing pairs of shoes. When I told them about the wrong size being sent to me, they said since I ordered the incorrect size I would have to send them back along with 20.00 dollars to China. NO, you sent me the incorrect size. I won the dispute with over 65 emails back and forth. Buyer Beware

Hilde sent me the incorrect size and not what I ordered. Refuse to pay for exchange and only offered 10% of next purchase, even though they made the mistake !

They do NOT offer returns at all. They do NOT OFFER REFUNDS. They want to dicker about a partial refund. You take a chance when shoes might not fit. They never offered to exchange them. If you don’t like the quality-you’re out of luck. This store is out of China.

Do not buy from this outlet. They do not stand behind the products they sell. You order online not knowing if the shoes will fit well and when they don't they do not accept returns. They advertise worry free purchase but it's all BS. Also, they advertise their shoes as orthopedic but they come with a fake form insole that gives no arch support.

Ordered a pair of shoes well over a month.
My card was charged but still haven’t my shoes , kinda been getting run around on finding them from the company.
I understand things go south sometimes that’s just the just the way it is , I know “or hope” they will eventually do the right thing. Things just happen that.

I’ve bought three pairs already, and each time, I’m more satisfied. Last summer, I grabbed a pair of their handmade boots, and honestly, the price was much better than what I saw on Amazon. really fair for the quality. This time, I went for the sneakers, and they didn’t disappoint either. Great comfort, great price, and they always fit just right. I’m definitely sticking with this brand, they keep delivering!

I recently bought 2 pairs of shoes from Hillde. These shoes are made and shipped from China, come to find out. Took a while to get them. They are too small for my feet by at least a half size and hurt my feet when worn. And I need a wide shoe and they were not wide enough. For returning, they said I needed to pay for the shipment of my return, which I agreed to. I asked for a return address and refund and they did not give me that information. They offered me $3 as a refund and said I should gift the shoes to a friend. A bit insulting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I bought these shoes for my husband and they were too wide. I sent an email to get return authorization. this is what they said to me and it is an insult - with shipping they cost $46.98 - i will never buy anything from this company again - I would like to give them 0 stars:

Terrible service. I bought 2 pair of shows online. I emailed with a couple of days to say the shoes run small and did not fit. They first offered me $4.00 credit and then an $8.00 on an $80.00 order. I asked for a full refund. Per their policy you can get a full refund if the shoes are unworn and in their original packaging. I was told I may get a refund but I had to pay shipping back to China. They didn't offer to take the shipping from the purchase, or to refund my original shipping cost which is also stated in their refund policy. By reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. Would give less stars if I could.

Received 2 pair of shoes from Hillde and the shoes did not fit. I tried to return them and the return was denied. This is the first time I was ever rejected fora return. I will never buy from these guys again. My advice: DO NOT BUY from this company.
