Their website has show sizes in US measurements. I ordered 2 pairs of 10.5 US and they sent me 11.5 UK size shoes. I tried to exchange them and they suggested that I give the shoes to someone else and buy my size again. Are you kidding??? The website is deceiving as nowhere does it say that the shoes will be coming from China, not imported to the US, but actually, you are buying directly from China. Nothing wrong with the exception that you have no recourse here. In their reply to me, they typed, "If you feel you got the wrong size," IF I FEEL???

PS I just received an email offering me 10% off if I buy the correct size again. WOW, I will not spend another penny on this company.

I email and said that these sneakers were advertised as being “Made In The USA” and asked why my payment went to a Chinese company that I couldn’t read the name of. They got back to me on May 31 with

A few weeks later I received the sneakers and they looked really nice but the size said 47. Nothing about wide or regular. I tried them on and they were way too small. I contacted the company and said they were too small. They replied with a boilerplate reply asking what the problem was and if I could send pictures or a video. I replied that they were too small and that it was kind of hard to show that in a photo. I asked how I could get a refund. They then replied with,

Best Wishes! I’m not freaking getting married😡 A $3 refund on a purchase of $84.00 US. I live in Canada so that worked out to $119.00.
I looked back on my PayPal account and the receipt had changed and was now all in English! I have a screenshot of the receipt in Chinese however.
