Hilliers provided us with an excellent service throughout. They make the whole thing very easy to arrange, and make you feel that you are getting a very personal service in what is a difficult time.

Hillier have provided a funeral for my mother and I returned to them for my father. they were professional, caring and efficient throughout. I was impressed from beginning to end how they seamlessly managed all parts of the service in a supportive way. This made a difficult task for me as easy as possible. It meant that my father received a fitting tribute and departure, whilst taking in to account all his relatives and their wishes.

We were so pleased to have chosen Hillier's to manage Mum's funeral. From beginning to end we experienced a very professional and respectful team who made everything run so smoothly for us and coordinated the Celebrant, Florist, Printers and Crematorium staff perfectly.

My mum's funeral was basically planned by my mother. So was easy to get things done and add in some of our wishes the staff were awesome and reverent throughout from the planning onwards.

This review is almost two years after the event but we definitely wanted to give feedback as rarely do you find any company that is as faultless as Hilliers.
From the second the phone was answered, in our time of need, to the end of the funeral I can honestly say I have never known such utter professionalism.
Every member of staff we came into contact with was exceptionally courteous, totally understanding and extremely helpful - not to mention immaculately turned out.
It was abundantly obvious that customer service and care of the deceased was of paramount importance.
Having never had to think of planning a funeral, we were guided through every step of the way, options explained, advice given and thoughtful touches suggested.
Hilliers truly deliver outstanding customer service and were absolutely perfect in every way and we cannot thank them enough. We have recommended both Hilliers and Hugh Milsom, the celebrant, to many people and will continue to do so.

The team at Hillier’s provided a 5* service from the start.
My father’s passing was a slightly more complicated case, with him being repatriated from another country. This required much additional paperwork and effort to be made by Hillier’s, all of which was done in a timely manner and with great communication.
The funeral ran smoothly and I couldn’t have hoped for a better service.

Hillier's arranged our Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the experience as easy as possible for us.
They were extremely professional in every way.

What a professional outfit. I dealt with Kyle for my Father’s funeral and he was friendly and proactive and nothing was too difficult. I liked Kyle. He liaised with the care home, the vicar, the florist as though they were part of his team. He guided us over how the day would pan out and made suggestions on timings and actions. He looked and acted the part on the day with his very smart morning coat and black cane. The whole thing from start to finish went smoothly and he had a marvellous sense of humour which lightened the tone when it was appropriate to do so. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to organise a stress free funeral.

Everyone at Hillers showed great sympathy and help with our recent funeral arrangements. Their efforts and efficiency on the day was a considerable contribution to making this very sad day a very memorable day for our family and friends. We cant thank them enough
