Cannot speak highly enough of this superbly professional and empathetic company. The whole procedure was clearly explained and excellently executed. A most beautiful service on a very sad day and I cannot think of any other company whom I could confidently entrust to carry out the funeral of my beloved husband. Thank you to all the team for making this day easier to bear.

The arrangements for Mum's funeral went exactly according to plan and absolutely met all of our requirements and expectations. Sue and the team at Hilliers delivered an absolutely perfect send off for a much loved family member. They were so attentive, understanding and made our family feel the funeral was in safe hands. I can honestly say Hilliers looked after me with kindness, empathy and clear instructions of what needed to be done and dignity. When I came to see my partner they had done an amazing job he looked so peaceful. I was allowed to visit as many times as I wanted.

Excellent service and support from John in the Victoria Road office throughout the delicate process. He put everything in place for Neil and his team to carry out faultlessly on the day of the cremation. My wife was so pleased that her father had such a pleasant and respectful funeral.

In such sad times, Hillier personal are not only professional, but they are also understanding, caring, flexible & supportive. It made the whole process much easier to go through which I'm very grateful for. Their website contains a lot of very useful information and guidelines, all which is accessible free of charge. No words will ever be enough to thank you all at hilliers. The most painful time of our life having to plan a funeral for our baby and you all went above and beyond to make sure we had no stress or worries. A special thank you to John who from day one of me walking in to the office made me feel comfortable and that my baby was as important as anyone else. To the two gentlemen who was with us on the day of the funeral we can’t thank you enough for the respect you shown our son. We are so so grateful.

I was dreading the funeral and arranging it, but Hillier made the process very simple and the day went as well as it could. Hopefully won't need their services again too soon, however I would not hesitate to go back.

The service we received from Hillier as a family at such a difficult time was excellent.

As a family We would like to thank Hillier Funeral Service for the compassion and empathy they showed when my husband Malcolm passed away recently. Malcolm had a funeral plan with HIller’s which made the whole process easier. The staff at Hiller’s were so accommodating to the point that they observed we had a colour code and changed their ties to match. We will be forever grateful for their excellent service at such a difficult and emotional time.

I would highly recommend Hillier Funeral Service. At a very difficult time they were professional yet personal and nothing was a problem. A particular mention to Mike, Ian and Tamara for everything they did to ensure my dad’s funeral ran smoothly. I know he would have been very proud.

The funeral arrangements for my husband, Deryck John Spindler were carried out with a caring and sensitive attitude. It was excellent, and all the attention to detail could not have been better taken care of.

My elderly brother recently passed away in Swindon. As all remaining family members are now residing in the Republic of Ireland, I contacted Hillier Funeral Service. John Edwards took care of all arrangements for cremation and repatriation in a thoroughly professional & efficient manner. He greatly relieved all stress at this sad time for our family with his attention to every detail.
