Can the e-coupon be more friendly to use? I know the coupon is to attract more flow through e-platform, but when I want to use it at the shop, can it be used in a more convenient way instead of order it on the web?

Having been lured in by the low price I accepted that postage would take longer. I bought a Fenix HM65R-DT head torch from Hillmalaya. Right from the start it didn’t charge properly, would run out of battery quickly and during use it would cut out randomly then turn back on (not what you want from a head torch when you’re out in the pitch black in the middle of nowhere!).
I found it hard to find a way to contact the company. When I did get an email in response asking for more information I would reply but there would be no response to this so I would have to set up a new message starting all over again (no thread). I was asked if I wanted to return the head torch and that if no fault was found I would be charged an extra £20. This seemed strange to me as why would I return a head torch all the way to Hong Kong if it wasn’t faulty? I don’t trust this company, they have had every chance to help me and replace the faulty product but have not been forthcoming and have not made it easy for me.
I now wish I had paid the extra and bought the head torch from a UK supplier.

Super speedy delivery (1 day after ordering), excellent value for money, TA gels are love at first taste! Most flavours are surprisingly yummy, esp salted watermelon🍉😋 with 33g carbs, 500mg BCAA, and electrolytes! Good things come in small packages. Will be back for more!
