Picked up my new Yaris Design on 1st March ,what a great experience. The attention I received from Mark Graham at Hills of Woodford was exemplary, he kept me informed at all stages, and was very knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond. Highly recommend him. Thanks again.

My car was booked in with Toyota for a warranty repair, and that same night before visit someone had tried to steal my car out of my drive and damaged it.

The timing wasn’t great, but the team handled everything really well. They checked the damage while it was already in and just got on with sorting it. Because it was in for warranty work, the additional repairs were done free of charge, which I honestly didn’t expect and really appreciated.

Big thanks to Claire Denning in particular. She was brilliant throughout, kept me updated and just made the whole thing easy during what was a stressful time.

Sufi has been very helpful to purchase my first Toyota RAV4. From beginning to the end he has been instrumental to help me with my queries.
