The gentleman was very thorough. He wasn't just being a salesman, he was very genuine and meant well. He went above and beyond especially after he had closed for work, still pent time answering our questions. There was no rush to park us off. He cared for us more than we could ever expect.

AVIOD BUYING TOYOTA BZ4X.They had slow charging issue with electric battry .and this dealer ship offering appinentment after two week to look it.God knows when they going to fix my car.since i had last service done and they update some recall update in car computer system since then its start issue a charging problm.i just had some reserch toyota bz4x had issues with charging.so avoid buying this modal.insted buy BYD electric car.

First time ever getting my car serviced having only recently passed my test. The entire experience was above and beyond from being offered a hot drink as soon as I came in (very welcome as I was a bit late and hadn't realised there was additional parking at the back so had had to park a distance away) to having everything explained to me every step of the way by Claire. I decided to wait there until the servicing had finished and found the facilities faultless - it was warm, wifi worked perfectly, and it was reasonably quiet with very low-level music so could get on with my work whilst waiting. I opted to have a dashcam fitted and, once that was done, Claire explained how it all worked which I really appreciated. Genuinely great experience.

I got a booking within a week, it was all completed on time. My truck was cleaned staff were all polite, Claire Denning kept me well informed of progress throughout the day.

Sufi was very polite and professional. He gave me clear information and helped me find a really good deal quickly. I appreciate him adjusting the time for me to visit the shop as well. Highly recommended.

Mark Graham is a top class and friendly sales person who always looks after us and he is the reason why we return to Hills just to see his smiling face.
