Good, clear, understandable, reassuring advice.

I have trusted Hilltop with my personal finance and retirement planning for the last three years. The service has been excellent. The team are responsive, friendly and extremely clear in explaining often complex financial issues. This was a 6-monthly call to inform me how my pension portfolio was performing. During the review, Kelly To explained that the pension portfolio performance had increased by 18.86%, which had gone beyond my expectations. My longer‑term decisions on employment and investment strategy were briefly discussed. Overall, the experience was encouraging, with good advice and things to consider for the future from Kelly.

No pressure to move anhen it doesn’t make sense and while it wasn’t the right time to move my pension today they gave sound advice which gave me the info needed to know I’m on the right track.
