This place did the trick!! So easy and contactless! Will, the owner, was a great communicator and helped us with every step. The rooms are great and cozy. What's even better is the location right in Temple Bar! We could literally walk everywhere!

The rooms were affordably priced and perfect for this leg of the journey to Ireland. My wife and I will definitely come back!!

Small Hotel, with great rooms. The personal, Phillip is realy friendly, he helps us where he can. Great bed, great shower.

Booked a stay in Tulum for one night and immediately extended for two more. Very nice people and gorgeous accommodation, extremely clean. During 6 months of travelling Central America we haven’t found such a great value for 20 dollars per night. Fantastic!

We really loved our stay at Hiphipstay, and feel lucky to have found this place! Zali and everyone there made us feel very welcome throughout (we particularly enjoyed her birthday cake which she shared with the guests :) ). The kitchen area was lovely and was well equipped, which was an added bonus. Our room was really lovely (and our favourite from our month stay in Mexico). Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Tulum.

Booked one of hiphipstay's accommodations in Dublin, Ireland (John Lennon Suite) for a stay two weeks from my booking date. Got an immediate reply that the reservation was pending owner's confirmation. 2 days later, after no contact, I wrote hiphipstay to ask if they could please help to confirm res., marked the email URGENT. Two days later I finally received a reply stating that they "were looking into it." 2½ days later, still no additional follow-up, despite my sending still another email asking for help. My stay in Dublin begins in 5 days, the city is basically sold out. I give up. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not go near these folks.

This was a great experience. It was a last minute booking because we were just hopping around and stumbled across this gem. The rooms are gorgeous. The people/staff are fantastic. The owner is gorgeous ;-). Really helpful people. Great conversation. Familial! If you meet the baby, you’ll fall in love with not only the place, but her as well. I enjoyed my stay so much so that I booked a extra night and they were more than accommodating. The place is literally a hidden gem. It is in the center of everything so you will not miss out. This place is a must-stay! Why wait; book now!

We stayed with HipHipStay for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The rooms were done very thoughtfully and tasteful,the staff were very caring and went above and beyond.

Would 100% recommend hiphipstay and will definitely be back in the future.

I can only give one star. And I wouldn't even give that if I could. I had booked an accommodation but got a message that it was not to book. But the amount was debited anyway. I was told that I get my money back as soon as possible. That was two weeks ago. until now no refund came. On my emails I get no response and no reaction. Never again will I book through this site.

UPDATE: after weeks of trying to contact the company without any response I got multiple messages and calls within minutes of my original bad review. I was told the property didn’t exist, asked to take my review down and then was told it was MY fault there was an issue and that I shouldn’t have booked through their website without checking the property was available by emailing first. No refund was given and instead a dispute had to be made with the credit card company to get our money back, which has only just come through MONTHS after the original booking. I have never had such an awful experience and would strongly advise no one to ever take the risk of booking through them. They had no issue taking my money, only cared about me taking my review down and then would have kept our money if we didn’t have the protection of the credit card company. An absolute disgrace.
Original review: Have paid over £1000, no response from the host or the company since they took our money. Haven’t been able to verify any of the details and are only days away from the booking with no idea how to get into the property or any answers to our questions, if it’s even a real place. Money has been taken out of our account and gone to Mexico, very dodgy. Suspect a scam. DO NOT USE

Wow, this place is incredible, so underrated! We stayed all over Mexico in luxuary homes however this really tops it up by a complete mile!

The home is special but the staff are incredible too, they continuously supported and met the needs we required!

If you’re in tulum you must stay or at-least enquire to see the property because i promise you will not be disappointed!

We still have an open credit because of a corona cancellation. Therefore we have sent several emails to HipHipStay at the beginning of November 2021 to get an answer to our questions. Even reminders couldn’t help to receive a response from HipHipStay so far until today.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Matias was very nice and helpful. The AC was great and the beds and sheets were very comfortable. Every room had a safe, which was very convenient. There was a coffeemaker and ground coffee as well. Would’ve liked a bigger fridge for so many people - but other than that it was a great experience. The architecture was very nice too!

We had a great stay at Casa Chimi. The rooms are very spacious, nice and clean and the common area is perfect to sit together in the evening. We really liked the whole aesthetic and interior of the house.

The location is also great. It is quiet but the walk into town and to the bars is not too far.

Also the communication with the owner Matias was great. He is very helpful, friendly and gave me great tips for Tulum after our stay.

I would definitely come back again.

As biggest Enrique Iglesias Fan it was out of questions to pick this Villa.
Even though we missed pictures of Enrique the stay was near perfect.
The owner (looks like Enrique's brother Julio Jr.) and is wonderful and service oriented. The communication was perfect even though we did not get to discuss anything regarding Iglesias.

Very nice accommodation. It was very clean and a lot of space for our group of 6 people. The owner is very friendly and even gave us beer on the house. Absolute recommendation

The house is clean and comfortable. Full kitchen&accesories. The pool is nice and clean. The location is just few blocks from the main street. The street is little dark but it is safe. The host was allways available and helped us on any requeriment
