I would highly recommend this villa. Matius was an exceptional and attentive host throughout the stay and even after. I stayed with 8 of my friends, 9 in total and we had a great time. Great facilities and amenities, amazing location for everything and very reasonably priced. could not fault anything. Would definitely stay again and will be keeping in mind for future. Thank you again,

We loved this villa! Great lounging areas, plenty of space for all of us, and Matias (our host) was extremely helpful and easy to contact the whole time we were here! Highly recommend

We had a large group and the place was perfect for our stay. Large individual bedrooms with king sized beds and private bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and cold AC. We had a great stay and would come back again. The host Matias was very welcoming and helpful during our stay

It was a really pritty place to stay. The bad rooms are perfect. I really recommend this villa.

We had an incredible time in this beautiful villa. The accommodation is top notch, and the whole house and pool area is very stylish, but still comfortable. Matias was a very kind and forthcoming host to us. We couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in the town of Tulum.

Upon arrival my group faced some difficulties but after bringing them to the attention of the Hip Hip Stay team they were handled. Will has an excellent team! Nicole helped me with organizing and planning various events. She was also always available for any questions or concerns I may have had. Matias was very hands on! He always came to the property when we needed him and he was an excellent guide. He recommended different hot spots near the property for us to check out in hopes that we would have a great time. He treated us more like friends than customers and for that I am grateful. I look forward to my next visit to Tulum. Thank you Will, Nicole & Matias!

Amazing property for group of 10. The hiphipstay crew were out of this world. They amazing from start to finish and would 100% recommend them.

Our group a had a few challenges when we first arrived but Matias and the Hip Hip Stay team were VERY accommodating and made sure we had a great time in Tulum. Matias also gave us some awesome recommendations on where to eat and party.

Love this house, better then tulum. We wanted to spend more time in the house becouse it was so nice. 10/10

Will and Matias were amazing hosts, very attentive and on top of everything. Best Airbnb experience that I’ve had yet. He was always available whenever we needed him. I was a bit skeptical traveling to Mexico and staying at an Airbnb but he made us (group of 5) feel safe. He exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re in Tulum I recommend staying at one of his properties.

In terms of the property, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. If we were ever missing anything he would send it to us immediately, at any given time. The properties look way better in person. The photos do not showcase how beautiful the property is.

Great place to stay. Host was always available to help. Will definitely book again in the future!
