I placed my order on Wednesday 27th…
I placed my order on Wednesday 27th may. I received a phone call on Friday 29th may saying it will be sent on Saturday the 30th may. It's now 4th of June and nothing. Even better is the tracking you provided me with states that you posted the order on 3rd of June , not 30th may. So I'm not very impressed with the service I have received .

In reply to your comment, you never informed me of this. If you had I would have just asked for a refund. But once again, was never informed. I don't want your order anymore.

due to the current corona-virus pandemic.
We have limited staff during this time, please understand.
Your items were shipped from our second warehouse
which has been closed during the lockdown.
Due to TPD laws we can not stock these here in the UK.
Importation was shut down and all orders were quarantined as protocol.
Your replacement glass has been shipped and tracking details sent.

Great service, they called to talk through my order after a stock issue due to covid-19. Items came quickly and they even chucked in a freebie.

After ordering on 07/05/2020 I got an email for my order receipt and ever since then I’ve had no emails or contact what so ever.
I’ve messaged them via messenger, rang them multiple times and even emailed them, and still no response.
Need better communication.
I have yet to receive my refunded amount? Is there a delay on it or is it happening tomorrow?
