I was thrilled. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and my mum was so pleased.
I can’t believe how quickly they were delivered and I got a text to say when they’d been delivered. Brilliant. So good in fact, I ordered some more the next day!

Hipper.com . Good service all round
The flowers are lovely and my Mrs loveed them and put a big smile on your face apparently along with the rest of the girls in the office and also delivered on time before noon.They were better than I expected .Very good service. I had an issue with a voucher code that have been locked into their system and wouldn't go through. Using emails they got this sorted out as I needed to order the flowers before 5 o'clock. Thank to Katie Upton for the good customer service 10 out of 10

If i could leave 0 stars then I would. Do not order from here. The customer service is non existent. They didn't delivery my flowers and offered no explanation at all. Did not call to let me know they wouldn't be doing it as apparently they do not call people despite asking for contact phone numbers? They are not reliable and do not care for their customers. I will be sticker to the known florists like interflora in future that risking someone like this. You cannot even email them, very time you need to respond to them you have to use a form on their website.

Pretty flowers, fast delivery and easy to order
Always annoys me a bit how small bunches are for your money online, but you are paying for convenience when you otherwise wouldn’t be able to get them to the recipient. However, small bunch for my £20 aside, they were nice looking- not all opened (which is very good for online!) so will last a while and well packaged. The courier facility for a Sunday delivery was excellent. The £3 card was very flimsy though, I was expecting that to be a bit nicer for the extra. Could do with being smaller but made of sturdier card rather than a larger almost paper thin card.
I will use again, your service was very good. Just pop a few more flowers in the bunch and you’ve nailed it :-)

The flowers were lovely and delivered v.promptly. The only minor gripe is that there wasn't even a delivery note to say who they were from. It wasn't clear from the website, that the only way to pass these details on to the recipients was to pick one of the rather naff-looking and over-priced cards. Shame.
