Great experience of the team running some really fun events; a great afternoon was had by all & we'll certainly be using them again!

Very fun games organised by HireAPitch, they brought all the equipment and helped run the games which was much appreciated :) thank you!

Our company have used Hireapitch twice now and will be doing so for the foreseeable. They are so professional with what they do and great with communication leading up to it. They navigated & organised it all perfectly. We couldn't recommend them more and look forward to many more sports days. The feedback from both years has been 'the best social event of the year'. Thanks a lot all!

Great organisation and very accommodating re our needs. The games were really enjoyable and the coordination of everything was spot on. Thank you so much for making a memorable sports day for our company :)

We did a Company Sports Day and Rounders. The team were very professional and respectful. They were super flexible on they layout of the day and let us chop and change the start time ( we ran late to start) They handled it all effortlessly. Would highly recommend i've never had such great feedback from the team on an event.

Second time we have used Hire A Pitch fora team away day, and it was just as good as last year. Mo is brilliant and everyone loved the day. Hopefully see you again next year! On time, everything professional, fun and as described. Super organised.

Did this for a work team building event. It was a great team building session hosted by David! Everyone had lots of laughs and a great time (and a good workout!). Definitely recommend it, and will be planning it again in the near future :)

Entered into a contract with this company in February 2022 and ended it in July 2022 after being told if I think I can do a better job myself take it back in house. Obviously jumped at that offer and now building the lettings nicely. False promises from the outset.

As a school it was one of the worst business decisions we have made going into business with this company.

Was accused on several occasions of constantly checking up on them. I only ever contacted them when there was an issue so that should tell them something.

Issues:

Staff not turning up. Staff turning up without keys and then hirers climbing over our gate. Leaving the gate unlocked and then turning up after letting had finished to lock up even though they were supposed to stay on site during the letting. Letting hirers use areas that were not available.

Numerous issues during our time with them. They only introduced 2 regular bookings during that time but are claiming to have laid the foundation.

Surprisingly replies to reviews on this site state all of their venues are fully booked.
Obviously untrue.

One of the companies representatives who I have recently found out is a Director of the company is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Very unprofessional manner and email responses.

Have spoken to another school in the same local authority as us and they are also having problems.

They have still not returned a set of our keys and state their is nothing in their contract about them having to safely return our keys. What a ridiculous comment to make.

Has still not paid us June or Julys income even after numerous emails. They have just ignored any reference to this.

The Director appeared on Dragons Den interesting Tax issues.

Would not recommend this company to any school.

My team and I had the best afternoon taking part in a classic sports day at Hyde Park. Jay was extremely helpful throughout the booking preparation with my many requests/questions. We have never laughed so much and Mo and Paige were amazing hosting the event for us. Great for team bonding and the fun factor, would highly recommend.

Despite it being 40 degree heat in London, they wouldn't cancel my booking - this intransigence in the face of official government and health advice is negligent. This has ultimately left me in a position to either lose money or get people to play in unsafe conditions.

We had a work team event playing rounders on one of the pitches last night and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! It was great fun and our coordinator was organised and professional but also made it a good laugh. The communication prior to the event with Jay was excellent and I would definitely recommend :-)

Avoid!!!!! I rented a pitch from these for months came to my last game and no one turned up to the pitch to unlock the gates. Turns out it was admin error! My players all had to go home after travelling some distance.. hire a pitch lack communication or customer service quick enough taking hire fees. Promised me and my players a refund within 24 hours then changed it to 10 days! So guys avoid…..

The reply below from hireapitch is a lie they offered me 1 game refund which I have as an email! More lies and tripe to try and get out of how poor your service and lack of customer service….

We've just held a company Sports Day with Hireapitch. Everyone, across the board, really enjoyed the day, it was so much fun and the whole thing ran so smoothly with them in charge. Absolutely brilliant - we may well be back next year!

We used HireAPitch for our Team Day and had a fantastic time playing rounders. Professional kind staff who were brilliant! We have used them twice now and impressed both times!

Hosted a football tournament with Hireapitch to raise money for our charity and would definitely use this service again. Hireapitch made the process so easy and straightforward. We hired two pitches and two refs and the event was seamless from start to finish. Exceptional customer service from Luke, who answered lots of frantic emails/messages from me in a timely manner.

We booked a rounders pitch for a corporate social and just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team!

The booking process was really easy and our umpire Mo made the evening great fun for everyone! Really reccommend and will definitely use Hireapitch again.

Do not give your money to these crooks, they will take it and then not give you the pitch you requested or give your money back.

I wish I had read reviews before sending any money over and cannot believe they are offering free rental for good reviews. How can anybody be having a good experience with these guys is beyond me.
