Very disappointed by the service provided. Cancelled our block booking with one week notice. Appalling customer service, would not recommend.

Amazing company, always helping us out with good pitches and also good prices

We have been booking with them for over 5 years and have never had any issues

Kicked us off a pitch we had a block booking on with one weeks notice to run a commercial league they could make more profit off.

When we publicly shared our bad experience with hire a pitch they threatened to, and then did kick us off a replacement pitch and pocketed the £800 we had paid to secure the booking.

Nasty company more worried about their reputation than their customer service - wouldn’t recommend their services, stay clear!

The level of unprofessionalism we have experienced is disgusting.

We had a re-curring block booking with them and they cancelled with one weeks notice to make room for a commercial league (which we all know is for men) because they are offering more money. We pay them £100ph which is the price HIRE A PITCH set.

Due to them not offering refunds (yes, people they offer credit not refunds!). We moved to an alternative pitch.

We have gone to social media to tell everyone our experience of booking pitches with HIRE A PITCH and because of us not willing to take down our posts (images of screen shots of our email exchange with them) they have now cancelled our other pitch booking and not even mentioned anything about an £800 refund.

If you cancel us twice and won’t let us book pitches with you why are you robbing a community sports club our money?

Ps you need someone who is more professional running your social media accounts, it’s truly awful.

Jay, Luke and the team and are professional, proactive, helpful and efficient and it’s been a pleasure to work with them.

Booked a pitch for a 5 aside game with my mates , excellent pitch and costumer service was great . Highly recommend it.

Great pitch. Solid floodlights. The supervisor is attentive and handles everything great. No problems with booking and support so nothing to complain about!

Excellent customer service pitch was amazing all staff were very helpful.

Had a regular block booking that was paid in full for multiple weeks for a specific pitch and time, to then be told half way through we are being kicked out of that pitch for a "closure" only to find out from friends in another local pitch that they have been given our time slot for league competitions instead...

When questioned about it was told "You will have to just take what we can give you". Highly unprofessional and almost outright criminal, not to mention the appalling terms which I wish I had read sooner that suggest they can cancel our booking at any time with any reason without refund.

If you can, avoid this business and hire a pitch directly with the location or another provider.

EDIT (based on reply): "we don't have a booking from a Jack where this has occurred" insinuating this is clearly not the only occasion this has happened, shameful behaviour.

Final Edit (based on reply): At no point did I say everywhere, I said this was not the only occasion which I was fair in assuming based on the context of the previous message. Equally the audacity to reply to a review calling the reviewer a liar shows the level of customer support that this company provides. I play as part of a booking under a company name and do not feel at liberty to drag the company into this therefore will not publicly release the name of the booking however you have correspondence with us already regarding this matter.

In regards to the comment stating "we have never said we won't refund any users so this is false" its written in black and white in your terms and conditions under section 6 sub section A and B stating the following:

(a) Hireapitch and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel or amend or withdraw the use a pre-booked/hired pitch or venue at any time by giving notice to the Hirer or Co-ordinator of the team.
(b) Hireapitch will not be liable to the Hirer or the Co-ordinator in respect of expenses, costs or losses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of the termination.

So please, continue to call myself and other reviews on here and Google liars instead of dealing with your customers in the correct and considerate manner that they should be.

Booked a pitch, due to TV scheduling for real football we couldn't make the time arranged. The live chat on their website was the best I've ever experienced, very helpful with recommendations, quick, straight to the point and polite. 10/10.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We booked a football pitch under the guidance that the website stated clearly that it was a sand based astroturf pitch. When we arrived at the pitch, there was no sand, only synthetic astroturf. While playing, due to the surface a player twisted his ankle and has now got two fractures in his ankle. Upon contacting the chat service for hireapitch, the agent was extremely rude and was adamant the pitch was sand based. He refuses to give a refund or even acknowledge a mistake. Seems like one person running the customer ‘service’ and he is not professional at all.

The booking system on the site works well on some pitches, but in a lot of others it is not updated. So you end up booking and receiving a call the next day that it is cancelled. This happened several times.

Also, they are allowed to cancel the pitches a couple of days before the matches and offer terrible alternatives, very far away - making it very hard or impossible to find a new pitch.

The customer service is good if things are running well, but unprofessional and quite unpleasant to deal with if you make a mistake and there are issues to be solved.

The staff is always available for any queries. They are able to answer and help right away. I give their staff a 5 star on customer service.

I appreciated their professionalism and quickness in handling my queries.

Hireapitch are always very helpful, efficient and organised. I have booked football pitches (mainly 7-9 a side on weekends) across London, and they are by far the best site available for bookings. I have usually booked through Luke, who has always been very helpful. I highly recommend!

Not to long with company but so far good communication, quick response, easy system payments. Satisfied with service!

Called up enquiring about making a booking and got fantastic customer service from Cairo. Been using the Haggerston pitch for years as a local resident so it's great to see exceptional standards being maintained. Highly recommend.
