When I first had my car seat installed by lovely Nicole I was so satisfied with this service and passed on the number to many people.
This round I was disappoint with the new lady who came down, first I was annoyed about how unorganised she was but I kind of ignored that. Than how she canceled on me twice than decided to cal and rock up ..I got really pissed when changes were not made to the seat but we were charged ...we wanted to change our daughter to forward facing which I completly respect as she was still under line but CHARGED ME $39 for coming to tell me that is unacceptable especially during the crisis everyone Is experiencing financially.
I didn’t even bother refusing to pay as I will no longer return to them. & I was going to get my sisters car seat installed by them aswell but not anymore I will defiantly find elsewhere or do it myself.
Ridiculous to charge $39 for saying I can’t change the seat and this is how you adjust the strap.
I didn’t even bother arguing with this lady or refusing to pay they just lost a customer who brought a lot of customers through to them. It wasn’t my first time using the but for sure my last.

Myra was extremely helpful Friendly and efficient and very thorough so when I take my children out in my car I can be rest assured that they are safe in their seats as they have been checked and properly installed Excellent service

Very prompt in getting back to me to book in time to have child restraints fitted. During fitting, everything was explained to me clearly and job was completed quickly.
