We had an excellent service from our driver on both legs of the journey to and from the airport. The driver was prompt even though the pickup was at 3:30am, he was smart of appearance and was on time which made our journey stress free. The vehicle was clean and fresh.

We will definitely keep your firm in mind for our next trip, and have already recommended this firm to friends and family.

I run a small education charity and have spent all week desperately trying to organise a minibus for children to attend our event next week. This company communicated via WhatsApp and email, each with conflicting information. I got a confirmation of quote at 10.19am and by 12pm they told me they didn’t have availability. Poor communication all week, even worse service. I’d highly recommend avoiding this service at all costs if you need reliability and ease of booking. Paul, Henry and Bradley all dealt with my quote, poorly and left us in an incredibly difficult situation with children not being able to attend an event.

Our trip was Shoaib was such a great experience! He was very accommodating as we had a few issues we had to work around and he also kept us updated before the journey :) Our journey was 4 hours and was priced fair.

I was part of a group of 25 people who booked transport to Cheshire and back, paying £750 for the service. The day before the trip, we were informed that the original 25-seater bus had been taken off the road due to mechanical issues. While this was disappointing, we accepted the replacement arrangements and expected the company to honour the booking.

Unfortunately, things got much worse on the day of travel. Just 20 minutes before departure, we were told that one of the replacement vehicles had been involved in a crash and that only 16 passengers could be accommodated. I was one of the nine people who were left without a seat and effectively abandoned by the company despite having paid for transport.

With virtually no notice, I was forced to arrange my own transport to Cheshire at additional expense and considerable inconvenience. What should have been a straightforward group trip became unnecessarily stressful because of the company’s failure to provide the service we had booked.

The return journey was even worse. The company failed to bring anyone home, leaving members of our group stranded in Cheshire for hours. With poor phone signal and little communication from the company, people were forced to make their own arrangements to get home. Once again, I had to organise and pay for alternative transport myself.

Between taxis and other travel costs, our group spent hundreds of pounds on top of the £750 already paid. Despite completely failing to deliver the service that was promised, the company has reportedly only offered a partial refund, which does not come close to covering the financial losses and inconvenience caused.

The entire experience was characterised by unreliable vehicles, last-minute cancellations, poor communication, and a complete lack of contingency planning. Being left without transport both to and from the destination after paying for a return service is simply unacceptable.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, they cannot be relied upon to provide the service they advertise.

Left us stranded with no way home and only give us a coach on the way there for half the people we booked. Please don’t use this company, so unreliable.

Ordered a bus for 25 people they rang the day before and said they’ll have to send 2 16 seaters and only one being able to take us home from Wrexham to Liverpool then 10 minutes before pickup time rang us and said we only have one 16 bus making us have to get expensive taxis then left all 25 of us with no way home when we was far away from home

However, just 20 minutes before departure on the day of the trip, we received another call informing us that one of the replacement buses had been involved in a crash and that only 16 passengers could travel. This left nine people scrambling to find alternative transport at the last minute.

The problems didn’t end there. When it came to getting home, we were effectively left stranded in Cheshire. Nobody was brought home by the company, and our group was left waiting around for hours with poor phone signal and no proper solution offered. We had no choice but to arrange our own transport home.

As a result of the company’s failure to provide the service we had paid for, we ended up spending around £400 extra on taxis and alternative transport. This was on top of the £750 we had already paid for the booking.

To add insult to injury, the company has only offered a £500 refund. Considering they failed to provide the full service, left us stranded, and caused hundreds of pounds of additional expenses, this offer is completely unacceptable.

This was genuinely a horror trip caused entirely by poor planning, unreliable vehicles, last-minute cancellations, and a complete lack of contingency plans. The stress, inconvenience, and extra cost placed on our group were unbelievable.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service was unreliable, unprofessional, and one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a transport provider.

8 people and luggage for a ride from South Coast to Central London. Tried locally and could not find one.Contacted Hire Go and transport supplied from a firm 20 miles away. Vehicles appropriate size and clean. Staff for up and back trip friendly and no problems with booking.

Booked in January for a May return journey. Booked 1030 am pick up, an 0900 am return. This came back as 1030 pm and 0900 pm. I e-mailed, texted and spoke to various people over the months, resulting the friday before travel being assigned a local driver. Thank goodness I was assigned R&M Travel, Caerphilly, a company local to me, who had still been given the bookings for 1030 pm and 0900 pm. Being professionals R&M realised something was wrong and corrected my booking, with 18 hours notice. Hire-Go is an agency, unprofessional, a transport company who would use "1030 pm" and "0900 pm" - unprofessional in thinking a booking was made to Southampton docks, a 3 hour run max, departing 2230 at night? Hire-Go nearly cost my family our holiday - do not use them, look again for a local company near you.

Booked a trip for football final 4 weeks out. Paid in full and communication was great and at first easy. I then while on holiday got an email to advise coach had a technical issue and they would be cancelling my booking. I get things break but 16 days out and a company that says they partner with 2500 company's and can't replace the booking. Also very disappointed to have received this info by email and no call. Now prices have risen by 200 to 500 pounds. Im left wondering if thats the real reason. Refund sent back promptly but very poor service and would avoid in future.
