We hired the Karaoke equipment for a recent birthday party and so glad we did ! It made our night brilliant.
The Equipment was delivered on time and super easy to use, it really did make our party.

Dreadful
I cancelled an order with them and was promised a partial refund which never appeared. Months later they delivered the cancelled order. I tried to contact them but no one answers the telephone.

we had the deluxe package for a hen weekend. The delivery and collection was great and really easy. the equipment was easy to set up with the instructions, we rang the technical helpline at 11:30pm and the guy on the phone was so helpful even though the problem was that we had too much to drink!! would definitely recommend!

Orders the smoke machine as an extra and unfortunately the power cable for this didn't arrive. Have since been trying to organise a refund for 2 weeks, communication has been extremely slow. It's such a shame as the karaoke was a great addition to our weekend and this has ended it on a negative.

We booked a bronze package for our New Years Eve Party however DPD failed to deliver the equipment on the 30th but would try again on 3rd January...!!!
I called Dan to see what options we had or what he could suggest. After an hour or so he rang back to say that Chris would delivery another system and set it all up the following morning. Can't praise them enough and we had a fab evening, the equipment was collected the following afternoon.
Would definitely use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, great customer service. Thank you Dan & Chris...

What an amazing experience!!! Ordered a silver package and lights from this company for a Hen weekend. The bride to be enjoyed it so much! It was delivered and set up by Mark who had travelled over 4 hours to get to our location and yet was still very friendly and very punctual. We agreed a time to collect the next day and he came and packed it up within 10 mins. Highly recommend if you want karaoke worry free

We hired the silver package for a hen do. Best decision ever. The whole process was seamless from drop off, using the equipment and then pick up. Really friendly and efficient service and great price too. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you for an excellent experience!!!

Good customer service and price initially but one microphone arrived broken and the program on the laptop crashed around 5 times so we had to end the program and relaunch it which wasn’t ideal in the middle of a party. A friend who is an electrician kindly fixed the wire in the microphone for us and I called to give feedback and let them know, no thank you or money offered back whatsoever just a ‘well you should’ve called us’ on a Friday evening during a party.. Bit strange.

Have to say I was a 'snob' when it came to booking Karaoke for our staff Christmas party! I was NOT going to participate in any way....how wrong was I. I thoroughly recommend using these guys to make a terrific night and if we get the chance they will be our first port of call again.

Hired the bronze package which went down a storm at our Halloween Party. Great equipment all round with a huge collection of songs. .will definitely be using you again.

Great service from initial contact right through to collection. Initial response via email was fast and informative. I was contacted to arrange delivery and it arrived at exactly the time we agreed. Collection was just as efficient. A full explanation on how to use the equipment was clear and the equipment was very user friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Having been at a hen party and seen this great addition, I knew I had to organise for a 30th surprise on Saturday. Great set up, thoroughly enjoyed!! Brilliant customer service and quick response. Miller

They sent over two sets of equipment by accident, expected me to organise collection for the second set - from a pub which I don't work at - then the actual set for the party was broken, so we had to improvise with a completely different setup after waiting on a response from tech support for three hours. The party was on a Thursday from 4.30pm, incidentally, so it's not like this was at the weekend and we were calling in out-of-hours.

They're currently stalling on sending out a refund for equipment they admit was faulty because it was returned in the wrong box... which they're only telling me about two weeks after the event. I never interacted with the box, since the event was held at a pub. I fully expect them to try to avoid giving a refund based on this, since I can't imagine the pub is in the business of holding on to random karaoke boxes for two weeks after the equipment has been picked up. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if it was returned in the correct box and they've just lost the damn thing.

If they do issue the refund, I'll update this review.
