I have been working with Rafal and Gerry for almost 10 years. Their transparency, honesty and integrity led us to move the management of our property to them when they set up Hirsch. Over the years, we have found that not all property managers are the same. With Hirsch, I know that despite the fact that we are based overseas, our interests will be well represented and our tenants will be happy as well. Would strongly recommend the team at Hirsch!

Having endured a year of poor property management from a larger corporate firm, we moved to Hirsch at the end of 2024. Gerry & Raf have been on the ball throughout the transfer. They managed to acquire new tenants for us extremely quickly. Throughout they have provided a personalised service with swift and clear communication - all key aspects that in my view place Hirsch above the rest. Very happy with our move.

The estate agents did a great job.
I was scheduled for a viewing very quickly and the landlord responded within 2 days.
The communication part was smooth and I was informed of all the details on time and in advance.

I cannot say enough about Hirsch Estates. Gerry rescued us from a totally hopeless but very well-known agent, advised us and held our hands through a very acrimonious situation, took over our flat, had repairs done and redecorated in record time and found us a very suitable tenant within days. Hirsch Estates… definitely above the rest!! We called 0900hrs the day a listing when up and was booked in with a viewing that day and had an offer in by the end of the day. Nothing has ever been too much with Raf and Gerry, they go above and beyond every time. They have catered to our needs, made us feel like they genuinely care and have made what can be a stressful situation, completely stress free and we went through the motions with ease.

We had the best experience with Hirsch estates. Gerry and raf went so far above and beyond what we expected estate agents would ever do. They actually helped us to get out of an awful landlord/ housing situation giving us support in writing emails and putting us in contact with property lawyers to advise further. Not only this, but they helped us find the most beautiful home with lovely landlords and supported us smoothly through the whole process! I can’t recommend them enough - it’s so nice to have had this experience with people with genuine humanity and care for what they do/ the people they work with.
