We purchased a cooling bath with recirculation system for a beer dispensing installation.
Unfortunately, the product has not worked properly from the beginning. The recirculation pump overheats during operation: the metal body becomes extremely hot and the pump eventually stops, interrupting the cold-water circulation.
After opening the pump compartment, we found that the pump supports/brackets were bent. We also contacted the pump manufacturer, who told us that, considering the bent supports, the impact may have bent or misaligned the pump arm/shaft assembly, causing friction and overheating.
We contacted the seller several times, sending explanations and photos, and asked for warranty assistance. We also made clear that we were not asking for a full replacement of the entire unit: replacing the pump and bent supports, or offering a partial refund, would have been enough.
Unfortunately, the seller never replied and provided no support.
Very disappointing experience: damaged product, no after-sales assistance, and no response to warranty requests.

I paid for the order a month ago. No order received. Sent couple of emails - no response. They don't answer the phone.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAM! We bought a pressure gauge in May 2024 and we have never received it. We sent several emails and call but we got no answer. We have lost our money. A lot of people have been scammed by this conoany, we should join to sue them.

EDIT AUGUST 2025: We never got the item and still waiting for a refund or call/email. However, the company did get in touch with Trustpilot (never with us) to try to delete this reveiew, but they didn't succeed. I see more and more people being scammed by this company every time.
