Untrustworthy company

in 2023 Dec I bought an ice bucket, which arrived broken. I contacted customer service multiple times without a response. Two years later, they finally replied, apologizing for the confusion caused by past company restructuring. I stated my request, and they replied that they couldn't process it because the purchase was over two years old, suggesting I repurchase a new ice bucket from their website! What kind of company is this? I urge everyone to think before buying from them!

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I bought from them back in August 2025. Got the package, but it would not cool the beer. Had contact with customer service, but they were at no help. After too many mails back and forth, I sent the unit back for repair. From this point, I have not been able to get any kind of response from the company. I will now contact my lawyer.

My partner returned a faulty dispense…

My partner returned a faulty dispense system which was broken before first use. They arranged return but are ignoring us and refusing to pick up from the courier. Do not purchase goods from this company. We are in England and returned item over a month ago. It is waiting their collection in Germany from the couriers. They are refusing to collect item. Disgraceful company.

There is no after-sales service

There is no after-sales service. Faulty machine, returned after 2 uses, the company no longer responded after repeated reminders. The machine was neither repaired nor reimbursed.

Very bad service!

Very bad service!

It says the shipment would be ready for shipment within 24h, didn't get any confirmation after ordering and after 48h I said I wanted to cancel the order since it still wasn't shipped and thus didn't need the product anymore. Then it suddenly had been shipped and I had to send it back to get my refund. When I got my refund I only got it back partially. On their website they say they do full refunds, including shipping costs, but I did not get the full amount back. Bad service, do not recommend buying from this company!

Very bad delivery date

Very bad delivery date. Said on the page when ordered that my order would arrive withing 2-4 days. It have now gone two weeks and theirs support ( that answers quick!) says its out of stock. Refuses to give me any discount.

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous - do not use. Got told delivery would be within two weeks, over a month later still don't have the equipment, won't respond to emails or messages. Looks like they've taken my money and not delivered - will be reporting to them and asking for a refund. Shocking service.

If there was -5 star I would have given it to them. Never get deceived by these basturds. They took the money, after 2 weeks they send me a email appealing for address and telephone... 3 weeks later no delievery, nothing.... they just took the money for nothing. They are kinda mafia basturds.

Very Bad Customer Service

Although the website has a co.uk, making you think you are ordering from a uk company.

After getting a notification telling you that your items are going through customs, to see what extra charges are due, even though your sale says 20 per cent VAT, making you think that the VAT has been paid to the uk HMRC.

All the emails I did actually get after pushing for an answer said, the buyer has to pay the custom charges, then I asked who the VAT went to, to get an answer saying the buyer has to pay the VAT.

I am know waiting to see how much customs are going to charge me for the items as they got catorgorised as high value items for import.

If a company can trade on a co.uk website, then they should be trading to allow for the import of the goods, in there cost of the sale, instead taking all the taxes, then making the customer cover them aswell.

I asked a question today, which has been totally ignored yet again, with the warranty on the item, because if anything doesn't work, I asked is there anywhere in the UK to get it repaired or do I need to go through all the hassle of customs again to get them out the country then back in again.

Avoid this company like the plague, not a uk company, but trades with a co.uk website.

Ich weiß, wie viel mir der Zoll für die Artikel berechnen wird, da sie als hochwertige Artikel für den Import eingestuft wurden.

Wenn ein Unternehmen auf einer co.uk-Website handeln kann, sollte es handeln, um den Import der Waren und die Verkaufskosten zu ermöglichen, anstatt alle Steuern zu übernehmen und den Kunden dann auch dazu zu bringen, sie zu tragen.

Ich habe heute eine Frage gestellt, die noch einmal völlig ignoriert wurde, mit der Garantie auf den Artikel, denn wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, habe ich gefragt, ob es irgendwo in Großbritannien eine Reparatur gibt oder muss ich alle durchgehen? Ärger mit dem Zoll wieder, um sie aus dem Land und dann wieder hineinzubringen.

Vermeiden Sie dieses Unternehmen wie die Pest, kein britisches Unternehmen, sondern handelt mit einer co.uk-Website.

Very bad experience with customer service

Very bad experience with this company. After receiving the product and making use of it (ice crusher) after 2 times the machine starts to make some noise and suddenly stop working, even after following the instruction. I contacted customer service and they have answered very quick before when I had question about the delivery. However, when I reach out for a refund or a return they stopped replying, I have sent out 4 email now and tried calling 2 times they do not respond to me at all. Do not buy from here!!

Take care of this company

Take care of this company, they promise delivery in a few days and keep postponing the delivery time. Delivery time was 2-4 days but after payment I was told that it was 2-4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks where nothing happened and after another inquiry to them came the message that it would take 2-3 weeks. After that, I got no more answers from them. I escalated the case to Paypal which I paid through and then suddenly contact came from them again and the item would stay, however this did not happen (I got a fake tracking) and after a long time the money came back via Paypal.
I'm pretty sure this is a scam company that does not have or can deliver the products and they are just waiting for you as a customer to give up.

Pas på dette firma, de lover levering på få dage og bliver ved med at udskyde leveringstiden. Leveringstid var 2-4 dage men efter betaling fik jeg beskeden at det var 2-4 uger. Jeg ventede 4 uger hvor der intet skete og efter endnu en henvendelse til dem kom beskedet at det ville tage 2-3 uger. Herefter fik jeg ikke flere svar fra dem. Jeg eskalerede sagen til Paypal som jeg betalte gennem og så kom der pludselig kontakt fra dem igen og varen ville blive, dette skete dog ikke (jeg fik en falsk tracking) og efter lang tid kom pengene så retur via Paypal.
Jeg er helt sikker på dette er et fupfirma som ikke har eller kan levere produkterne og de blot venter på man som kunde opgiver.

very long delivery time

very long delivery time (up to three weeks) and troid errors in my last order! an error can happen but it does not even respond to my emails to repair the preparation errors! moreover, some photos do not correspond to the object sold. brief to flee. it's a shame because the choice available is interesting.

We have paid for two only got 1, and just had problem since, try to get the second or money back for more than 1 year, then we was told the found out that DHL made mistake and will send us new one, but they dont reply.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAT COMPANY.

Good personal support

Prices were good. Brilliant personal support making it up for a somewhat non-intuitive web-shop. Items were shipped in two deliveries, which wasn't clear till I looked close into the order confirmation.

Never the less ... I wouldn't worry giving my next order to ich-zapfe.

Delay delay

Delay delay! No communication. 5 days. First email no answer. Second email an answer and a lie that the goods were on the way. 5 days later I called and he said he just shipped today, but I could see that he shipped to hours after the call on the DHL message :-)

Pros: He answered the phone late in the afternoon and was polite talking to.

Worst Customer Service ever …

Worst Customer Service ever experienced!

Money was withdrawn straight away and no word from them for two weeks. When contacted I got no response. I made it very clear in several emails that I needed the draft system before Christmas and if they did not have the system ordered in stock, I wanted to buy another system (more expensive). Got no response to those requests either. Having written them daily they finally responded with: "your order will be send tomorrow. Sorry for this."

But that turned out to be right out lie! No shipment was made as I got a tracking number that showed the package was NOT handed over to DHL. Despite having ordered the system 30th of November, they still haven't shipped it. I'm outraged and they still don't reply to my emails.

May I add that this was my 5th system bought and this is the way they treat a returning customer. Appalling!
