Great chest freezer ideal as a 2nd freezer to complement the house fridge freezer ours is in the garage and we use it when the freezer compartment in the house freezer gets filled up and we keep the larger items in it joints of meat etc would recommend

It's a great smart looking fridge freezer, very quiet, bright inside and easy to clean . The freezer drawers are very efficient and neat and get a lot of positive comments. I especially like the internal fridge bottom drawers - useful for egg boxes, butters, cheese, fruit etc. I feel the arrangement of shelves on the inside fridge door is poorly designed as the space for tall cartons or bottles is too limited .

Excellent customer service.
We had fault appear on our Hisense American style fridge freezer about 2 years after buying it, I reported the issue on the Hisense mobile app, and I was promptly contacted by customer services and they arranged for an engineer to come and take a look, it was fixed first time. Excellent customer service and with a five year manufacturer guarantee, I would recommend Hisense fridge freezers to anyone.

Every cooker I’ve had from Hisense has been faulty or damaged! Only reason for 2 stars are the staff that answer the phone! They atleast try to help

Excellent does what it states, pleasant to look at quite modern.
The customer service/product is absolutly dreadful!
The customer service is absolutly shocking, the management are clueless and unhelpful. The Hisense product we purchased is faulty but Hisense won't help to resolve our complaint. Really disapointed with Hisense product we purchased and the lack of support from the customer service & management. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but it wouldnt let me not submit nothing.

Terrible customer service
I bought a TV. After about 14 months the set developed a problem with the display. The set was still within the 2 year warranty period. After numerous conversations and providing photos,the set was collected for inspection. I was then informed that the screen had been damaged and was therefore not covered by the warranty.
Clearly there was no damage when it was collected, as can be seen on the photos that I sent.I tried a number of times to explain this. Hisense did not want to know! And closed the case.

I am not a technical person and I found it very difficult to speak to your technicians I was trying to ask if I turned my TV off at the mains every night will I lose the Internet connection and I had great difficulty explaining myself to your technical staff

Unimpressed with dishwasher. Leaves dirt on dishes & cutlery. Holes in cutlery basket are too small. Annoying bar on the top drawer that makes it awkward to get mugs in.
