Hisense APC09QC Air…
I bought a Hisense APC09QC Air Conditioner - White - utterly useless. It makes a pulsing buzzing noise when attempting to cool that you can hear through a closed door and about 20 metres away and in 2 hours knocked 2 degrees off a very small bedroom to 26 degrees even though it was set to Super and 16. Hisense did not provide a view on cooling but said noise was operating in line with its specifications. Beware if you buy this as you may like me be very disappointed with the unit and Hisense service. AO then agreed to take back and return ( nothing to do with Hisense offering that, they said it had nothing to do with them now as the product was fine). If you want a noisy machine, that does not cool…this is for you.

Sorry cannot recommend the TVs
Hisense TV....initially looked Ok. Then noticed that dark backgrounds would continually flash dark/light as 'something' was trying to get the best picture but failing. This happen with various settings & with all automatic stuff turned off. The flashing did not happen on another HD TV (I could reproduce problem as one instance was on a recording).
Then 18 months after getting the TV (April 2025*), the backlight failed in some way. The screen went dim. Then it crashed tried to reload (showed logo screen), then crashed again, tried to load again, etc, etc, etc. forever.....
The TV got 'recycled'.

Faulty fridge and awful service
A small part failed in our fridge freezer within the first month. Hisense have consistently shirked responsibility, and told us they don't stock the part so they can't fix it. They've been enormously unhelpful and made us run around trying to get a solution for months now. Extremely frustrating and terrible service.

Intrusive demand by HISENSE
I bought Hisense 32" 32A4QTUK FHD LED TV on Amazon. Unfortunately, in the process of setting it up, Hisense requires me (the customer), to agree to their intrusive agreement. I wasn’t aware of this unacceptable requirement when I ordered the Hisense TV from Amazon.
I will also contact Amazon and tell them about this intrusive demand by Hisense!
Very disappointed with Hisense UK
Very disappointed with Hisense UK. My brand-new washing machine had a heater fault and made a loud hammering noise 1 year after purchasing. After three repair visits and over a month of delays, the issue remains unresolved. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Hisense UK.

My new TV
I recently purchased a QLED 4k Hisense 50 (50E7QTUK), to replace my 8 year old 43" TV, the set up was quite straightforward, the viewing experience is excellent, the detail of the screen for me was on a other level.
The reason for 3 stars and not 5, was the poor design of the remote control, it has small buttons and hard to read numbers/arrows that are not easy to see.
Also on 'Freely', the TV guide is not able to place reminders to watch upcoming programmes and cannot record future scheduled programmes, something that 'Freeview' can do.
Had an American fridge freezer and…
Had an American fridge freezer and expensive flat model.
Lasted 4 years then packed up.
Not worth the money in any way shape or form.

Took a punt with a Hisense 900w microwave/grill a few months ago on basis of some good reviews online.
It's turned out to be a fantastic purchase. Cooks fast and evenly on microwave or grill. Excellent value too.
Subsequently purchased one of their 42inch tvs again on strength of reviews.
And again very happy - excellent picture, decent sound, and great value.
Excellent Choice - Really pleased
Purchased this to reclaim the space on our main fridge. We now store beer, wine & mixers in it. I made an extra shelf for beer cans as they tended to topple over on the slats if stored upright
Smart unit with plenty of space & quite in operation. We have set to a mid range 9°C and are very happy with the results.
Excellent choice of wine/beer cooler, really pleased - highly recommended.
Rapid response to remote control fault
I was extremely grateful to receive a replacement remote control for our Hisense TV after the previous one failed to operate completely. The request was acted upon quickly and the replacement arrived within a few days.
Avoid, Poor and Inefficient
Poor handling of service request, justification in not doing work and thereafter a poor complaint response. I would avoid such firm and it's products.

Took 2 months to get engineer to look at our 8 month old broken washer/dryer when he did he couldn't fix problem waited another 3 weeks until hi sense offered a refund via curry's retailer

This Hisense tv is the best telly I have ever had, I'm very impressed of the picture quality without having an aerial or a dish, the colour is intense I'm gobsmacked you can't go wrong if you purchase one of these. I'm really amused, Highly recommended A++++++
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - when purchasing the machine from Curry's advertised £50 cashback from Hisense. Well went to Hisense web site which told you to click here symbol to fill out cash back form, it never appeared thou the cash back dates were up and I was within those dates. So copied and pasted the e mail address. Sent of my e mail claiming the cash back. My email was ignored e mailed three more times, No reply nothing. Phoned the company now listening to music for twenty minutes so. What terrible customer service - what a terrible company. Never going to but another product from them, Their web site is set up so you have to contact them by e mail - Emailed the CEO doubt I will get a reply. Tried to fill in their web site complaint form - I filled in with all relevant details - but when clicking on send it just sits there - nothing, tried four times refilling in form nothing its just a terrible company do not buy anything from them, Their phone numbers supplied the telephone centres are all abroad. The person I spoke to was so patronising

The set up was easy great pictures sound not so have set up a sound bar ( more expense) the one big draw back FREELY absolute rubbish had I known how bad would not have purchased it is laggy disconnects from WiFi and buffers even though my broadband is more than adequate.I will give it another week if it doesn’t improve I will return to AO.com
Unwanted phone calls.
After purchasing a hisense tv I registered it online for the 2yrs free warranty. After doing so I felt like I was being pressured into purchasing an extended warranty which I do not want. Also after clicking on email only contact I received 2 phone calls from the company which im not happy about as I did not tick the phone contact option. I am happy with my purchase but not the fact my options for contact were ignored. This feels like harassment.
