I bought a Hisense cooker serial number 5loAoo37 on the second of June 26 l only had it a week when the small front hot plate stopped working my daughter notified Hisense sent a copy of the receipt serial number and what was the problem plus photos of the cooker and we have not received any response to what they are going to do to fix it I paid £110 plus the price of the cooker to have it installed this is why I have only given one star they are very quick to take your money but very slow to respond to any repairs I will not be buying from them again and I would say customer beware

Purchased a HV663A60UK dishwasher and, so far, it’s working well for us. Nice layout, and the cutlery tray is so much more convenient than a cutlery basket. Installation was another matter though. My husband has installed at least 5 dishwashers without any issues but this took way longer than necessary due to the awful instructions and videos with no spoken instructions. It took several. Hours and lots of internet searches to make sure everything was done properly. You also need to make sure that when putting the dishwasher into setting mode that you hit the 2 buttons at EXACTLY the same time or it goes onto time delay setting instead
Sound problems…
Whilst overall the set is suitable with a reasonably clear picture, it is let down by the sound. Both my wife and _I wear hearing aids and thus require a higher sound setting this produces a scratch top end with much distortion. We changed from JCV model in the hope having clearer sound, but alas it is no improvement .From my experience this problem is common.picture may be good , but sound quality is poo. I will have to resort to connecting a sound bar, which will improve the listening experience .The instructions are very basic, and are of little help

Great. Bought a washing and tumble dryer for my son. Tumble dryer had broken feet so they sent out an engineer who couldn’t fix it but they didn’t quibble and arranged a replacement really quickly. Both machines are good value for money.

Great picture and sound. Good look in the lounge. 50”. Nice.
Downside… the remote is poor. Unbalanced. No back button. Got to search for everything. And can’t click on programs that would automatically come on later. Can’t just flick between one channel and another. Annoying

Purchased dishwasher in March & never worked as described. Part sent for. Incorrect part sent then told part out of stock. After 3 months appliance to be returned & refund given. Appalling service.

Don't try to set the TV up yourself
I elected to set the 50 inch Smart TV up myself after I unpacked it.
There's a droning voice telling me what to do. It's still there now after trying everything to get rid of it.
Everything goes through freely giving a delay, when England scored my partner watching the old TV was cheering it took over a minute to see the goal on the new TV. Apparently there's over 5000 station's available. The droning voice told me,now after I have tried everything to get rid of the voice the ads are very loud then the program is quiet except for the voice. Don't tune it yourself

Hisense washing machine. I wasn’t sure but so glad I purchased it. The best so far! Definitely recommended.
Hisense warranty seemingly worthless
The water discharge pipe started weeping on our washing machine purchased 12/11/25.
A warranty claim was declined by email on the grounds of "mechanical damage".
The machine has been fine for 6 months after being installed under a kitchen worktop.
The hose was clearly flawed, failed and water found its weakness.
The warranty acknowledgement (in brief) read:
Relax. You are covered.
Warranty Reference Appliance Type Model
Washing Machine WF5I9043BTFS.
To add to the disappointment Hisense replacement parts site does not recognise the model.
The experience so far can only be likened to dealing with a back street used car sales set up.

Very good device
Very good device. The only thing that needs to be improved is syncing with the TV via EARC when controlling via TV remote - switching on/off and volume change. By default it works but very often doesn’t. The problem can be fixed only by unplugging both the soundbar and tv. Would be great if this is fixed after the software update.

Hasn’t worked since day one you switch it on and within a few seconds no signal tried everything that’s what you get when something is for free it came with a super cool fridge freezer I ordered which is amazing but as for the tv I think they must have all been faulty and were giving them away

I bought a Hisence cooker from Argos in October 2025.
8 months later the halogen glass cracked, thinking it would be under warranty I rang Hisense... Absolutely shocked to discover it wasn't covered!
I'm now having to buy a new cooker but certainly will not be a Hisense.
If you purchase one of their products be warned.. it will be costly.
Avoid!!

challenge of new technology
Clean lines-clear vibrant picture a problem with the sound,but thats because I cannot work out how to alter it.I find the remote a little difficult as it is so small am unable to read the buttons,and there are a lot.I have to put glasses on to see the buttons and even then cannot see all of them.The tv gives me so much choice
To watch so many channels.Early.days but I love it
Wasing machine that doesn't wash
I bought a washing machine that doesn't wash just leaves suds all over my clothes then I get told how much washing liquid to use what's the point of using anything can't wait to get rid of it will never buy hisense again

My new T.V.
My TV was easy to set up and then I plugged it in and turned it on, the picture came on the screen but it wasn't the channel I wanted to watch so I turned it off. I love the way it looks when I turned it off it was like drawing curtains. I might try again next week to see what channel comes on when I turn it on.
