My new T.V.

My TV was easy to set up and then I plugged it in and turned it on, the picture came on the screen but it wasn't the channel I wanted to watch so I turned it off. I love the way it looks when I turned it off it was like drawing curtains. I might try again next week to see what channel comes on when I turn it on.

When first bought both items a washing…

When first bought both items a washing machine and a fridge freezer I tried to report small problems with both items but your customer service advisor wasnt very helpful so I gave up both items still have their issues

Happy with TV and Features

Happy with TV and delivery from Costco. Price was good and 50 inch OLED good quality and has mire than enough channels.
I am looking for anorher TV soon and will be looking at getting anorher one.

Hi when I text about the washing…

Hi when I text about the washing machine and tryed to send the noise nobody has got in touch its still playing up half way through and spinning it sounds like a tractor.and my phone want let me send video it's saying no signal to your end.

Poor customer sevice..

Poor customer sevice... 3rd time same fault and only option is a repair OR pass to manager to look into it further. All the while i have a £500 cooker that doesnt have a working oven!! Not happy at all

My washing machine has been broken…

My washing machine has been broken since the 9 June and they can’t send engineer out till the 30june I have six children and me and my partner so that 8 of us and no washing machine I have been passed on to so many departments it unreal!
