Bought the Premium Sex Machine with the Internet connectivity. I had problems connecting between my mobile and the machine. I reached out to Hismith customer service and they got back to me within a day. They gave me clear directions on how to fix the issue. Great product runs smoothly.

Customer service is fantastic. I accidentally ordered the wrong attachment with my machine and they caught it and sent me the correct one instead before I even realized what I had done. Quality of the machine and attachments are high. It’s quieter than most of my little handheld/battery operated toys which was a pleasant surprise. Shipping was good too, only took about a week or so. Very happy with everything!

I would give 5 stars but only reason I’m not is because I was unsatisfied with the mini capsule sex machine. However I would like to give customer service 5 stars! The lady who helped me always responded immediately and always helped with all my questions and concerns. I am very happy and satisfied with the service I received and the outcome of the problem in which was resolved.
I’m really looking forward to receiving my new product the Pro Traveler & hope there’s more satisfaction then the last product I received.
I will update my review once i receive and have tried out the Pro traveler.

i am not able to input the HISMITH APP on my I phone , the suction cup mount keeps letting go on the HISMITH UNIT and I ordered two attachments later from HISMITH and one was a remote controled vibrating and extending dildo and the dildo you sent me with the remote is not even made to be used with a remote so it does not work and the suction cup on this item also lets go after a few minutes no matter what I try to make it stay on your disc I will try to contact you again about these issues and have a good safe day,Bob.

i didnt receive the parcel yet!

I ordered a sex machine recently and it all worked perfectly. Delivery was from China to the UK and only took a week or two. However, it didn’t arrive with the suction cup attachment I’d ordered. I reached out to support and a very helpful Sophia was able to get it sorted out for me! The only issue I have now is I wish I’d ordered the app controlled version rather than the physical dial remote, but that’s my own fault and not anyone else’s.

The products are very high quality, both the mechanical parts and attachments. I couldn't be much happier with them. Also the customer service has been nice. The delivery took about two weeks from China. I will be certainly buying from them again.

No mention that the items would take so long and will come direct from China. I thought this was a UK shop with UK stock. Its just another Chinese drop-shift site, with slow international delivery to the UK.

I’m in the US, so my item was shipped by their Amazon Flagship store. I received everything I ordered in 4 days.
The item is exactly as described and is a powerhouse. My machine is the Tip Activated Machine, is heavy duty, comes with a stand and bag for storage. I will definitely buy from this company again.
