When I was having difficulty accessing the website and emailed customer service they promptly offered to take my order via email and verified I was getting the correct replacement motor for my machine. Very good customer service.

Excellent quality of machinery
Got our machine in the time that they stated we’d get it. Packaged very nicely and in its own carrying case. Great quality. Works great. Wife is incredibly happy. Will be returning for more toys in the future.

Product is a great little machine. Does the job efficiently with no problems. Only dropped a mark due to lack of automatic order feedback. You only get feedback if you email and ask for a progress update. Machine was delivered within a week, accessories followed direct from achina a week later. Satisfied customer!

Impressive machine
Impressive machine especially the versatility of positioning, it is also remarkably quiet. Easily dismantled for storage by removing only 4 screws, reducing height to just that of the motor and guard plate, so it can be tucked away somewhere and the box in its discreet delivery packaging can be consigned to the garage.
I should also comment on the customer service which was brilliant and delivery in 24hrs in discreet packaging. Thanks guys
