Some not very sticky, but HIStrips sorted really quickly
The first couple of wearings came loose after an hour of wearing. BUT, a member of the HiStrips team contacted me promptly and offered to replace or refund the product straight away. ALL products and services get complaints from time to time and the most important thing is how it is dealt with. These guys clearly understand the importance of good customer service. Well done HIStrips!

HiStrips are designed to hold through sweat, workouts, and sleep, so if they’re coming loose after an hour, something’s not right with the adhesion. Try applying on clean, dry skin (no lotion, sunscreen, or oils), and press firmly for 10–15 seconds that usually locks them in place.
If they’re still not sticking the way they should, reach out to us with your order number to contact@histrips.com , we’ll sort out a replacement or refund right away. 💨💪

We always refund customers when there’s an issue, and in your case we already processed your refund. We even emailed you about it, but haven’t received a reply back.
If there’s anything still unresolved, just respond to our last email and we’ll take care of it immediately. We never leave customers without a solution.

I like the color and they are very effective. I use them at night to sleep better. Still working on how to remove them in them morning without to much pulling of my skin.

For easier removal in the morning, try this:
Splash a little warm water on the strip or hold a warm, damp cloth over it for a few seconds.
This softens the adhesive so it peels off gently without pulling the skin.

I’ve been using HiStrips for a few weeks now and honestly can’t believe the difference they’ve made. I even notice the improvement on my bike rides. Best nasal strips out there
Hi-Strips are the best nasal strips I've tried. I have terrible seasonal allergies and I'm constantly congested, regardless of how often I clean my nose or take a decongestant. The minute I put on a Hi-Strips nasal strip though, my nose is open, I'm nasal breathing easily and my effort is substantially better whether training or racing. If you have congestion issues, I wouldn't mess with any other medication or strips. These are the best.

Loose in the morning
Started too use them and they opened up my nose so good, so i would wear them the whole day because i can’t breathe without them. But lately in the morning when i wake up they come loose so i need to put a new one on but my nose is now getting a little red spot on it, but for the rest i love them

If they’re starting to loosen overnight and cause a bit of redness, try giving your skin a short break between uses and make sure your nose is clean and dry before applying. You can also slightly adjust placement each time to avoid irritation in the same spot.

Perfect strip for running!
These nasal strips were “my breath” on the Amsterdam Marathon. I’ve been using their nasal strips for months and since day one it’s been making the difference already. On the race itself, it didn’t even loose one second despite the sweat, water or wind. Great product!
