I tried the nasal strips in the last two rides I had in the previous weeks.
The effect of more oxygen is confirmed, but I cannot tell the same about the durability of the product.
I sweat a lot during training, in the first ride it was really hot and the strip fell off in the first twenty minutes. Today it wasn’t hot and I wasn’t sweating so much, but the nasal strip again fell off after 25-30 minutes.
I don’t know if it’s the shape of my face that doesn’t fit perfectly or the positioning of the product, I will give them a chance again to determine if it’s my fault or not.

Try applying them on clean, dry skin, no lotion or sunscreen and press firmly for 10–15 seconds before your ride.

Game changer for my breathing during running and conditioning workouts! I was skeptical at first but after trying them it was crazy how much easier it was to breathe. I had no idea I was only really getting air in through one of my nostrils 😂

Hands-off from histrip marketing hype
I acknowledge the overwhelming positiv reviews. I can only assume most had not tried other brands. Because if so, they would find that the histrips are nothing but marketing money making hype.
They may stick a bit longer than some others, but whats the point if they fall off after 30min instead 15 minutes into a sweaty bike training session?? Not to speak of watersports. Conveniently the company makes claims, without any proof or comparison.
And dont buy their eyemask!! Unless you want to wear it lying on your back facing upward. Sleeping with pillow, sideways or on belly, the bulky monster shifts instantly.
And the highly praised aroma sticks for the nose,…. again super disappointing rip off. Aroma fades instantly, better products for a fraction of the price on the market.
