Ordered Gran Turismo 7 but recieved and email 3 days later stating they couldn't honour the order due to stock issue, this seems to have been an issue for the majority of people who ordered the game. Now £35 out of pocket until a refund is processed, will avoid in the future.

I ordered a Gran Turismo 7 from this company on September 2, 2023, and I was looking forward to receiving it in time for my annual leave. However, I got an email from them saying that they had to cancel my order because they ran out of stock. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They wasted my time, and they ruined my plans. I am very disappointed and angry with this company avoid at all costs.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are dishonest and unreliable. They have no respect for their customers or their products. They are the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. Do not buy anything from them. You will regret it.

Wouldn't normally leave reviews but I'm shocked for the first time using this service my pre ordered game has not arrived on release day which is unacceptable in my opinion. If you pay for a pre order the main thing is to get it on the day of release. Games I've previously pre ordered from base I've had no issues with some actually arrived before release day, but I'm very disappointed with last order as its not arrived still a day after release and I've also sent an email but no response from customer service. I don't think I'll be using these anymore. Its a shame because they used to be very good with delivery times on pre orders.

Completely unacceptable level of customer service. Arrogant tone, dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge my concerns, but all too willing to manipulate the conversation to fit their narrative. If good customer service is a priority for you, then I simply cannot recommend you shop at Hit.co.uk at the time of writing this.

No respect for paying customers
Ordered Final Fantasy 16 months ago and it did not arrive today on release day. I emailed complaining about this as it was only dispatched yesterday afternoon. I had emailed about the late dispatch.
The response I got from their "customer services" was we never guaranteed delivery on release day and we told you in the emails before it would hopefully get to you on release day. if you didn't want to take the risk you should have cancelled your order.
nothing other than utter contempt for a paying customer. if they are a smaller family run business as they stated in the email you would think they would have a bit more respect for paying customers who have bought from them previously too.
Ive pre ordered from multiple companies and never not reccieved a game on release day. I will never use them again if this is how they treat customers!

I always preorder games from this company and have done so for years now. I’ve seen some other reviews saying about late delivery but that’s not the companies fault, blame the postman. Just got my copy of FF16 on release day so very happy and will continue to use Hit for any new preorders!
Quick delivery, great price
They had a game on sale that I couldn’t even find elsewhere, game arrived much quicker than I had expected it to once I received the processed order email.

Great price, rubbish info and delivery
I bought a CD on their site for a good price (£5.79) with no postal charge - possibly one of the cheapest online, expecting delivery within 2-7days.
However, the wait time was ridiculous. After 6 days I contacted the company as the tracking on my order showed as 'pending'. I was notified that they were awaiting order from supplier the following week. At time of ordering it was not shown as being 'out of stock'. In total I waited 11 days for it to arrive.
For price, I'd recommend, but not for service or delivery!

No good for Pre-order Deliveries!
Order still hasn't arrived (late), when they were base I'd get the games early most of the time, but since changing to Hit I can't recommend them anymore. And before I get the generic blame the post reply, here's an idea, if sending it out 2 days early doesn't work, send it out 4 days early instead and so on, no excuse really as stock normally arrives at store a week before release, so just post it earlier/ as soon as you get it in!! Simple!
Poor delivery system and late to games on launch
Your delivery system and customers sevices are poor, I need games from you quickly, Or i will cancel them.
You need to get up and work better from your games too other people and customers.
I ordered 3 games over the last week and most times is just PENDING. :(
And DABLIO IV is out on tomorrow 6th June and today emailing you now is the 5th june !!
So i could not get it on laurch day Tuesday and probably Wednesday or after its relase date. If you cant get it to me at the day it is.
I cancelled it online because I could get it for £55 on digital @ cdkeys, I will play it on tuesday morning at 6am not on several days later from royal mail in the post

Pre-ordered Street Fighter 6 expecting it to be with me for release day. I see from other reviews some people now have theirs but not on release day. I still don’t have mine as of Saturday 3rd June pm. I guess that’s why it was cheaper. Think I’ll stick to other sites who sometimes deliver a day or so before launch but only for £2 more.
Update: 6th June - still no delivery of the game
