Ordered Force Awakens for PS4 for the very reasonable price of £21.02. Two weeks later I am informed that they have no stock and don't know when they will be getting any.

Now being the suspicious so and so that I am I go onto the website to check, lo and behold they do have stock (but will take an extra day or two to ship) but unsurprisingly the price has jumped up to £31.66.

After emailing them that I was willing to wait the extra days they have decided that this was an error and have refunded me.

This seems to be their business practice as can be seen on their eBay feedback profile. List things for a low price, no stock then price jumps up!

DO NOT USE! You have been warned!

I ordered an item for my fiancé back in July for his birthday. After numerous emails back and forth, about 1 month ago they finally advised they were not going to send it as the manufacturer had cancelled the release of the product. I was offered a refund or exchange, I opted for the refund as there was nothing else I wished to purchase from that company
Since then I have been fobbed of with excuse after excuse of why my refund cannot be processed. I am in the process of reporting this company to trading standards, and will be contacting all of its suppliers to let them know how they are treating their customers.

Received the box via Royal Mail and it had been partially opened. The box inside had the fire I had ordered but it had been used and the elements and top of the metal bars burnt! I noticed the box it came in had clearly been opened and resealed with brown tape that had left marks. When I contacted Hitari via email as their phonelines 'Aren't accepting calls' (?!)
about selling secondhand goods they said they don't. This fire is burnt on the inside! Now I have to send it back and if they deem it faulty they will remind me. What a complete waste of time. Why would a warehouse/supplier send out such rubbish used goods!

I was wary to order from a website which is not as large as Game Station, Game, Tesco etc... However the price on this website was better than most of the other retailers. I went ahead with the purchase and couldn't have been more pleased. The package came bubble wrapped and with some additional papers to sign up for some free T-Shirts. Would hesitate to order from them again... If any complaints I wish the consoles were slightly cheaper however nearly all retailers have the same cost so you cant really complain.

I recently purchased a Thrustmaster joystick from Hitari. I have to say that the product was superbly priced and the delivery was prompt. Communication and after sales service are excellent. I got notifications on every step of my order. I highly reccomend this company.

I ordered a Wii U Pro controller and unfortunately, the first one arrived faulty. Not a problem, that's a fault at manufacturing and beyond Hitari's control. They were fantastic in helping me with free return postage and swiftly assessing the damage, then issuing a replacement.

Not too long after the replacement arrived, I ended up deciding to sell my Wii U and despite being very slightly beyond the stated time period for refunds, they still very kindly agreed to refund as I hadn't opened it.

A first class experience of customer service and a company I shall now be looking to for my game-related purposes. Strongly recommended to others, don't support soulless entities like Game!!!

Excellent service. Would buy from again

I Purchased an Aten Mini Cat5 DVI Extender (20m up to 15 m for 1080p;up to 15 m for 1600 x). I was very pleased with the fast delivery. When I tried to connected the item, something was wrong, so I contacted immediately Hitari. In a couple of minutes they solved my problem, which was from my side,(I was using a wrong wire configuration).
I Would definitely buy again from Hitari.

Top service and very happy with new game

Lots of choice, although some items are not as described when ordering - I ordered some wii light sabres but the colours that arrived were not the ones in the description.
They did try to rectify but did not have the ones in the description so I kept the item as it was a gift, and it was too late for a replacement

I wanted to buy a toy vacuum cleaner for my daughter. I checked on the internet and the product was available only in a limited number of online stores. Hitari had the cheapest price so I ordered from there.
Delivery was very quick with no problems.

When I first got the ps4, all I could think of was the games and the cool stuff for the ps4. I was excited and very impatient. Thankfully hitari delivered it on time and did a great job overall. very satisfied as a customer

I ordered PS4 accessories for Christmas, but unfortunately, it was delayed and delayed. I was really disappointed so I wrote them to complain. In fact, it was not their fault. the product was out of stock. After, they regularly informed me about the state of my order with a personnal letter, and I was sensitive to it. I recommande this site for ther serious.
