Overall very good, good communications, the item was as described, and at a reasonable price and no problem with payments. The delivery could be improved on as it took longer than the normal 3/5 days but this was not there fault as they did not put a delivery time span, it was Ebay. Would buy from them again.

Unfortunately cable was advertised incorrectly and was not long enough so had to be returned for a refund.
Put me off ordering in future
Item I ordered (which was a possible price mistake) was cancelled due to being out of stock - yet there was plenty more at a different price (exact same game). They canceled my ordered without issuing a refund automatically I had to basically get in touch with them to obtain my refund.

Take ages and a lot of chasing to issue refunds
Ordered from them, they took payment then the next day they emailed to say that they had sold out. You could forgive this but they didn't issue a refund for over 4 days. I had to escalate the case via PayPal to get it resolved.
They then emailed me trying to get me to change my review offering a free t-shirt even though I hadn't had a refund.
Now Hitari is trying to have this review removed. It will see if Trustpilot actually believes in honest reviews I guess.
Let down, don't order from them
I ordered a Playseat F1 for 752 GBP on 28/11. Hitari contacted me 6 days later to tell me that for a shipment for mainland Europe I need to pay 90 GBP extra, which is odd. So I paid the 90GBP a week ago. I paid everything through Paypal which I use everyday for a variety of payments. The payment was accepted and paid for on my American Express.
7 days later and exactly 12 days before Xmas. I receive a refund notice with no explanation for my product. If you want a dependable e-commerce site, stick with someone else.
Update from 7/12/16. I received a message from Hitari that said Paypal advised them to refund me. I have just called Paypal to inquire. They told me that Hitari issued the refund and that it has nothing to do with them.

Can not recommend this store
Ordered 2 items on a Sunday.
Received an email on the following Wednesday to inform me that only one of the items I ordered had been dispatched. This was strange as both items were shown as in stock.
I emailed to ask why only one item had been dispatched, the reply was, they were not not and they would have to wait for the manager to get back to them.
I emailed again on the following wednesday to ask for any news. I was told no stock and item discontinued. This item is still available via the manufacturer web site. Got a refund.
What ever their website says about stock levels, I feel is not accurate. Poor communication from the company too.
I will not be using this company again.
